Brooke Mueller saw her almighty custody battle with her ex-husband, the actor Charlie Sheen, escalate even further when she accused another of Sheen's ex-wife's, Denise Richards, of abusing not only Mueller's children but her own daughters too. Mueller, 36, called the police alleging that her twin sons, Max and Bob were being abused by Richards, 42, along with Sheen and Richards' two young daughters, Sam and Lola Rose.

Charlie Sheen Has A Messy Child Custody Situation On His Hands.

According to TMZ's law enforcement sources, cops arrived at Denise's door on Tuesday night and told her they were there to question her about a child abuse claim lodged by Brooke. However, Denise did not let them inside because her daughters were there. Instead, Denise went outside and informed the officers that Mueller's claims were "ridiculous" and "vindictive."

Charlie Sheen sound like he wants to find redemption with his former boss.

The 48 year-old actor was famously fired from 'Two and a Half Men' back in 2011 by the television show's creator, Chuck Lorre.

Sheen heavily criticised Lorre and executives at 'Warner Bros.' studios following a period of time when his bizarre behaviour and partying life style was become more and more frequent.

Charlie Sheen is currently in a custody battle with his ex-wife, Brook Mueller, over their twin boys, Bob and Max.

The 48 year-old has been making very public comments regarding the impending custody case and has also made degrading comments about the mother of his children.

According to TMZ, Sheen has been temporarily slapped with a restraining order which includes a strict gag clause, meaning if he speaks about their custody case or Mueller again, he will be sent to jail.

Charlie Sheen has quoted his father's epic movie Apocalypse Now to underscore the anger he's feeling towards ex-wife Brooke Mueller, her alleged treatment of their children Bob and Max and the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services. Earlier this week, Brooke tried and failed to get a restraining order against Sheen.

Sheen tells TMZ.com he would not be muzzled by a gag order and believes his twins have been grievously damaged by their mother Brooke. He claims the DCFS is blindly protecting her at his kids' expense. 

Quoting his father Martin in Francis Ford Coppola's classic war movie, Charlie said: "I am beyond their timid lying morality, therefore I am beyond caring" -- referring to what he considers the tepid actions of DCFS.

Brooke Mueller has failed in her attempt to get a restraining order against ex-husband Charlie Sheen for allegedly threatening her life.

Mueller filed the request for a temporary restraining order against Sheen following his outburst to TMZ.com last week, during which he called Brooke an "evil whore" who's putting their kids' lives in danger.

In her petition, Brooke quotes Charlie saying, "[T]here will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind. That they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness. You've all been warned."

Charlie Sheen has made some pretty serious allegations against his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and specifically her treatment of the former couple's children Bob and Max.

Sheen called into TMZ.com to allege that his twin boys have already suffered physical and emotional damage from their time spent in Brooke's care - saying they're close to getting kicked out of school. On Friday (November 1, 2013), the kids stayed with their mother for the first time since her stint in rehab - during which time they were cared for by Charlie's ex Denise Richards. 

Sheen says the 4-year-old boys are scared stiff of Brooke's house - which is covered in pet lizards, insects and other critters. They're said to be suffering night terrors after spending time at the home.

Machete Cortez is back, and this time he's got the President of the United States for a boss as he embarks on his most outrageous and dangerous adventure yet. In the sequel to 2010's Machete, Robert Rodriguez and Danny Trejo are both back as director and star respectively, in a film that has plenty to offer if you're up for a B-movie spectacle. It not, you should probably heed the words of warning from most critics, and avoid Machete Kills at all costs. Just go see Gravity or Captain Phillips this weekend instead.

Actress Amber Tamblyn has been announced to have been promoted to series regular on sitcom Two and a Half Men. Tamblyn appeared in five episodes in season 11 as Charlie Sheen's daughter Jenny but will move to a more permanent standing on the show.

Tamblyn's Jenny will be seen moving to LA to further her acting career and will slot into what's left of her family without Charlie. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jenny likes everything her father enjoyed, including women. Series co-creator Chuck Lorre said that the addition of a new regular character, and a lesbian at that, will be a welcome change of dynamic for the previously male-dominated CBS comedy.

Charlie Sheen has denied that a rift between himself and actress Selma Blair led to her being fired from hit FX show Anger Management. In June, it was confirmed that Blair was leaving the sitcom though reports suggested she had grown tired of Sheen's erratic behaviour on set.

Fast-forward to last night's (12 Sept.) Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Sheen - whose no stranger to controversy - had a very different story to tell. When the subject of Selma came up, he told Leno that her character was written out of the show because it was moving in a different direction.

"One of our primary characters, Selma Blair, who played Kate, was written out because [the show] was not about our relationship, and the problem was too many people were still excited about the Two and a Half [Men] character and thinking the Anger Management character was a little dull," Sheen explained.

Amber Tamblyn has landed the high profile role of Jenny, the lesbian daughter of the late Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen) on Two and a Half Men, now starring Ashton Kutcher.

The final picture, taken outside an airplane, shows the three women and Sheen this time fully clothed and each sporting a lei (a Hawaiian flower garland).

Laura Bell Bundy will play Charlie Harper's new sex study research partner Dr Jordan Denby on the FX's Anger Management, replacing Selma Blair.

Described as a "brilliant psychologist whose recent divorce, fondness for alcohol and wild mood swings turn Charlie's life into an emotional rollercoaster," Bundy's character will make her debut this year. She begins shooting this week, according to industry publication The Wrap.

The actress is probably best known for playing Shelby on The CW's 'Hart of Dixie,' though also played a recurring role on CBS' How I Met Your Mother and appeared on the day-time soap Guiding Light.

Charlie Sheen and a bunch of pals reportedly rented out a loch-side castle in Scotland this weekend with one mission in mind: to hunt down the legendary Loch Ness monster on a last-minute crusade and shed some light on the mysteriously elusive beast's existence, according to TMZ.com. Embolded by scotch, the valiant Americans tried to accomplish what no foolhardy Scot has ever been able to do - get a good look of the elusive beast of the deep who's fondly known as Nessie and hold him/her to ransom for all the bother caused to humble Scottish civilians.

Speaking to TMZ.com in a post-mission debrief, Sheen showed that he wasn't deflated by the embarrassing Nessie no-show: "Clearly the monster labelled 'Nessie' stayed both hidden and ashamed as it knew deep in her own ancient heart to be NO match both in mythology or reality, to a Beast known throughout the Highlands, the Lowlands, and the Badlands, by one bone-chilling word: MaSheen."

Charlie Sheen went in hunt of the Loch Ness Monster on a recent trip to Scotland. The actor flew into the country for just one day (4th July) specifically to track down Nessie.

Sheen flew to Scotland for a single night and jumped in a boat the minute he arrived at Loch Ness, according to The Sun. He visited the Scottish Loch with his friends Brian Pekk and Todd Zeile (TMZ reported).

Charlie Sheen – actor, viral video sensation and… monster hunter? Sheen jetted off to Scotland this week, not just in need of some R&R, but also in pursuit of Nessie, apparently. The actor loaded up pals Todd Zelie and Brian Peck on his private jet and flew everyone off to Nessie’s home. Once there, the trio reportedly hired a boat and took it out to hunt for the mysterious prehistoric beast. As is usually the case with these things, they came up empty-handed, but the bottle of scotch they took along on the lake probably made for ample entertainment.

The trip might have been fun...

After the unsuccessful hunt, Sheen and co. stayed at the historic Aldourie Castle, before leaving the very next day. Hopefully it was the disappointment of an unsuccessful Nessie hunt and not a bad vacation experience that scared them. According to The Sun, the castle’s general manager, Lavinia Turner praised Charlie and his friends on being model guests and hopes to welcome them back sometime.

Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management a spokesman from the comedy series has announced. Rumours have been circulating about a feud between Blair and the star of Anger Management, Charlie Sheen.  The feud was revealed by TMZ on Monday when sources associated with the comedy series said Sheen would not return to the set if Blair was there. 

Reports suggest the argument began when Blair criticised Sheen's work ethic in a meeting with Anger Management executives.  Unfortunately for Blair, the notoriously irritable actor was informed of her complaint and made it quite clear that, using his powers as one of the show's producers, he would try to have Blair fired.  

It was announced yesterday by an Anger Management spokesman that Blair would not be returning to the comedy. Rumours are currently circulating that Sheen has extended an offer to Mila Kunis (girlfriend of Ashton Kutcher, star of Two and a Half Men, a show from which Sheen was fired).

Case in point: her text message exchange with Charlie Sheen, which Abraham leaked and which only earned her a vitriol-filled letter from the Anger Management star himself. Amanda Bynes latest Twitter rant was levelled squarely at drag queen RuPaul, whom the television star described as being as ugly as her father. Bynes had begun the day by referring to writers at People magazine as "faggots," saying, ""Um, Peoplemag Hello? I'm not lost and alone! W H A T T H E F * C K A R E Y O U T A L K I N G A B O U T ? Follow me on twitter you faggots!"

Though she quickly deleted the tweet, RuPaul caught a glimpse of it, replying, "Derogatory slurs are ALWAYS an outward projection of a person's own poisonous self-loathing @AmandaBynes." Of course, Amanda took the bait and responded to RuPaul with a wave of abuse, saying, "My dad is as ugly as RuPaul! So thankful I look nothing like you both! I had nose surgery after my mug shots so my nose and I are gorgeous!"

RuPaul is known for her strong stance on derogatory slurs and told the Huffington Post's Gay Voices last year, "[I]n the ACT UP age we called ourselves queers because we earned the right, we took the word back. But in reality, once you go even deeper, you know, you have to come from intent. And black folks call themselves the n-word all the time. It's because the intent is coming from a place of love. If the intent is coming from a place of hatred, that's different"

The trailer has finally been released for Robert Rodriguez's latest action movie: a sequel to 2010's cult-favourite Machete.

The director, who is also responsible for box office hits Sin City and Once Upon a Time in Mexico, hypes his latest follow-up by comparing it to previous successful action series: "We've given the character a much bigger playground. It's going to be like a James Bond movie, with a Bond-style villain", he said, talking to screenrant.com.

Reloaded for a second instalment that we'll have to wait for until its September release, the trailer tantalises the action-hungry filmgoer, with guns, grit, and girl-on-girl violence. Not to mention the promise of flaming vehicular explosions, over-the-top weaponry, and blistering clichéd one-liners only a blockbuster can deliver.

It’s all changes all the time on this show with the latest being a “Two and A Half Men” lady character. After the departure of Charlie Sheen and the final departure of Angus T Jones, the house would have seemed a little empty. But no worries, for apparently the producers will inject a bit of estrogen to remedy the situation.

Though we would personally deem the show worthy of humane euthanasia at this point, the Two and a Half team has apparently gone for an altogether more complicated approach. According to Deadline, the new season will feature a brand new character, as yet uncast, who will play Charlie Harper's long-lost daughter. (That's Sheen's character). She'll show up at the house looking for her father and eventually move in with the two bachelors.

That certainly puts a new spin on the show’s title. What with no half-man and a brand new lady in the picture, there has to be a more appropriate title for this, But mostly, everyone – fan or not – just misses the show’s glory days. Back when the title really made sense and there was some semblance of humor left. But after Sheen left in a blaze of glory and Jones was booted off soon after for bashing the show, the question remains – even with an interesting female character in the mix, is there any hope for Two and a Half Men.

The trailer actually focuses more on some of the film’s other stars, who, admittedly, have dedicated their lives to a career in acting etc etc. Danny Trejo, Sofia Vergara, Michelle Rodriguez, Amber Heard, Charlie Sheen, Antonio Banderas, Jessica Alba, Demian Bichir, Alex Vega, Vanessa Hudgens, Cuba Gooding Jr., William Sadler, Marko Zaror, and Mel Gibson all make an appearance in someway or another. For instance, Gibson plays a crazy arms dealer, and Sheen, totally ridiculously, plays the President of The United States. We get to see him shooting a big gun, and, let’s face it, we all want to see Obama with a massive gun, so there’ that. Sheen (Mr. President) recruits Trejo (Machete, who kills) to take down Gibson (arms dealer), because obviously, no one else can get he job done.

Sheen changes name. Actor Charlie Sheen has decided to drop his screen name for the upcoming movie Machete Kills, instead reverting back to the name his father gave him; Carlos Estevez. The actor Americanised his name, just as his father Martin Sheen had done before him, in order to appeal more to Hollywood executive and American audiences, however he has decided to go back to his roots for his next appearance.

The upcoming Robert Rodriguez movie will see the actor portray the American president and in order to get into the mood of the Latino action thriller, Sheen has decided to revert back to his Latin American roots, despite taking on the most American of roles. TMZ first broke the news, obtaining a screenshot from the opening credits that sees the former Two and a Half Men star assume his birth name. Interestingly enough, this will be the first time that Charlie has assumed his birth name in any acting role.

Charlie's dad, Martin Sheen, was born Ramón Antonio Gerardo Estevez, but changed to the more American audience-friendly name in order to gain more exposure in Hollywood. Despite retaining this name throughout his career the veteran actor never changed his name legally and thus his children were all born with the name Estevez. Unlike his brother Emilio, Charlie decided to follow his father's example and use a more American-sounding name; a decision that worked tremendously in his favour.

The tale of Charlie Sheen’s kids continues. After the twins got taken away from Brooke Mueller, due to her persistent abuse of prescription drugs, and placed in the care of Denise Richards, the court, Sheen and Richards herself are in the process of figuring out a more permanent living situation for the kids. The actors met up at an L.A. area court last week to discuss the matter, E!News reports.

Both Richards and Sheen were very formal, sporting all black ensembles and dark glasses when they entered the building. However, beyond the fact that the meeting did happen, nothing else has been revealed to the media. Sheen’s lawyer Mark Gross revealed that the judge issued an order stating that none of the parties involved or their lawyers could comment on the case. That was probably a wise move, considering the extensive coverage the case has been getting ever since the twins were taken away from Mueller.

Meanwhile, Mueller is still checked into the UCLA Center, since the incident during which the children were taken away a couple of weeks ago. She is expected to move straight to a residential treatment facility – also known as rehab. The twins, Max and Bob, are currently living with Richards, along with their two half-sisters.

Brooke Mueller’s rep has confirmed where and how the celebrity is, explaining that she has been admitted to hospital surrounding prescription drug abuse, US Weekly reports.

"Despite reports to the contrary, Brooke is currently at UCLA Medical Center where she has been since being admitted May 3," a rep for Mueller, 35, explained. "Brooke will be [at UCLA Medical Center] for several more days, and will likely transition directly into a residential treatment facility to get help for prescription drug abuse." Back in December of last year Mueller was treated for an addiction to Adderall. Charlie Sheen, 47, who if of course well versed in this area, said - via his rep - that he "supports the actions of the Department of Children and Family Services," and that he would "fully cooperate and fully participate" in any future proceedings. "He knows Max and Bob are safe in a stable, loving environment with Denise and the boys' sisters.”

“They've been under her care many times before," an insider told Us. "This isn't unusual. Truthfully, Denise and [her daughters] are the only consistency those poor kids have had. [Bob and Max] are her family, and Denise would do anything for them." Mueller is known officially as a sociatlite, which basically just means ‘person’ but with the added caveats: ‘has money’ or ‘knows someone famous’ or ‘slept with someone famous’. Last Thursday night, the news broke out that Charlie Sheen’s 4-year-old twin boys had been taken from the home of their mother, Brooke Mueller by the LA County Department of Children and Family Services. The home was deemed an unsafe environment by the Department and Max and Bob were taken away and put under the care of Denise Richards, the mother of Sheen’s two daughters, TMZ reports. The process went quickly and painlessly however, with Mueller hardly putting in any resistance, a source close to the family told New York Daily News:

"It just wasn't a stable environment with different nannies coming in and out, and child protective services came in and did their thing, and this is the outcome," a source close to Mueller told the Daily News. "Brooke didn’t have a say in this. They came in, assessed the situation, asked Denise to take the boys, and Brooke agreed."

Mueller has been struggling with substance abuse for several years now, and it has been speculated that this is what led to the children’s removal this time. A court date has been set for next week to determine whether the twins will be returning to their mother, or alternatively, to find a more permanent living situation for the boys. Richards however, didn’t have any problem with taking them in, the source also claims:

Charlie Sheen's twin boys were taken into protective care by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services from the home of their mother Brooke Mueller on Thursday (May 2) night, TMZ report. Apparently the Los Angeles officials decided her house was an "unsafe environment" for children, with Sheen's former wife and mother to his daughter, Denise Richards, offering her services as a carer.

According to the sources speaking with TMZ, officials from the Children and Family Services Dept. arrived to Brooke's home on Thursday with a warrant, leaving with 4-year-old Bob and Max. The officials deemed Brooke's home as being unsafe for the children because they suspected she has relapsed into using drugs again, something she's been struggling with for years, and they believed drugs may be in the premise and the children were in genuine danger.

The long-running CBS series Two and a Half men has been renewed for its eleventh season, which will see a return of the entire cast, though some appearances will be less frequent. Unsurprisingly, Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer have signed on to play their characters again for this go round. It’s a pretty safe deal for both of them and quite lucrative, if we may add, considering that Kutcher has now topped the chart for highest paid sitcom star, with a $700 000 per episode deal, as reported by Us Magazine. That’s still less than previous Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen’s $1.2 million per episode salary, but it isn’t a bad deal at all. Yes, a renewal of the show means that both of its stars will be making bank.

Angus T Jones, who plays Jake, on the other hand, isn’t going to be as involved this season, as his role has been demoted to a recurring character. This is still better than the rumors that he would be getting fired, due to some less than affectionate comments he made towards the show earlier this year, though. There are a number of reasons why his presence on the series could have been decreased. While according to CBS entertainment chief Nina Tassler, there are no grudges between Jones and the network, it could be that the relationship is still strained. Additionally, Jones has made comments in the past that he would like to free up some time for college (which seems like a perfectly reasonable decision.) Whatever the reason, the bottom line is that we’ll be seeing less of Jones and presumably more of Kutcher this season. He’s gotta earn that fat paycheck somehow.

Kutcher's days as a celebrity prankster are behind him, as he is now the highest paid actor in TV.

"Do you know who I am?" It's the quote that has left celebrities cringing and police officers grinning with delight over the years. Reese Witherspoon is the latest Hollywood A-lister to use the immortal phrase (almost) before her arrest for DUI in Atlanta early on Friday morning (April 19, 2013). Cops told TMZ.com that  they spotted Reese and husband Jim Toth's car, a silver Ford Fusion, weaving in and out of lanes, pulling them over shortly afterwards.

Much to the delight of the arresting officer, and the millions reading gossip blogs in the subsequent days, Reese pulled out the celebrity card. As officers dealt with Jim, Witherspoon asked one cop, "Do you know my name?" The officer answered by saying, "No, I don't need to know your name." The Oscar-winner came back with, "You're about to find out who I am. You are going to be on national news." Of course, it was Reese that ended up on the news, having been arrested and told to attend a court hearing in Atlanta on May 22, 2013.

The actress released a statement apologizing for her behaviour. "Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now. But I do want to say I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said," she said, adding, "It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that was no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police and I am very sorry for my behaviour."

In the end, it wasn't even close was it? Baseball biopic '42' surged to the top of the box-office this weekend, earning $27.3 million to comfortably see off the star-studded 'Scary Movie 5.' The movie, starring Chadwick Boseman and Harrison Ford, tells the story of the first black major league baseball player, Jackie Robinson.

Many industry analysts had '42' and 'Scary Movie 5' neck-and-neck going into the weekend's box-office, though the latter had to settle for $15.2 million despite its cast including Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen. Elsewhere, animated movie The Croods took third place for a second week, while horror remake Evil Dead faded to fifth place despite topping the pile last week. Tom Cruise's new big-budget movie Oblivion earned $61.1 million internationally following its launch in 52 countries and should perform strongly once it opens in the U.S on Friday (April 12, 2013). 

However, the success of '42' may continue this weekend as Major League players mark the 66th anniversary of Robinson's professional debut by wearing his famous shirt number on Monday. "Think of what a tribute that is for what he accomplished. Every player wearing 42 on his back," said Dan Fellman, head of distribution for Warner Bros. "It's a story that has so much emotion to it. Jackie Robinson's life had such an influence on our country," he added.

Lindsay Lohan arrived fashionably late to the premiere of Scary Movie 5 in Hollywood last night. We say fashionably late, what we actually mean is she arrived 30 minutes AFTER the red carpet was due to close and moments before the movie was about to start. Lohan - who is rehab bound - posed for a couple of solo photos before being joined by co-star Charlie Sheen. The actress wore a sleek knee-length dress, which worked well with tousled auburn hair. It's safe to say she was very much the star of the show and photographers jostled for position to get the perfect snap.

Lohan and Sheen exchanged greetings and took pictures together before Sheen left her to her press duties. However, there was little for the waiting journalists as Lohan was rushed into the screening with her publicist in tow, having no time to stop and greet her fans who had congregated outside the theatre holding up 'Team Lohan' signs. Who in their right mind would... forget it. Though Lohan was the main event, the likes of Ashley Tisdale, Simon Rex, Mike Tyson, Heather Locklear, Kate Walsh and Jerry O'Connell attended the premiere too. 

The actress flew into Los Angeles from New York very early on Thursday morning (April 11, 2013) and is scheduled to attend the Coachella music festival in Indio, California, this weekend. However, according to TMZ.com, the actress is telling friends she "doesn't care about all the snipers who are scoffing" at her rehabilitation and insists she will stay clean at the festival, which she, err, enjoyed last year. A judge in her criminal case has warned her to stay away from people who do drugs or alcohol, which could be problematic at Coachella, headlined this year by The Stone Roses, Blur, Phoenix and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Pre-release tracking figures suggest this weekend's race for the box-office top-spot, contested by a biopic of baseball legend Jackie Robinson and the big-budget Scary Movie 5 starring Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan, could be closer than first assumed. In fact, surveys suggest both movies are on track to pull in somewhere in the region of $17.5 million each - though which will prevail?

Scary Movie is the latest instalment in the long-running franchise, that dates back to 2000. Though critical reception is almost always relatively poor, the films do generally good business and the heavyweight cast this time around - which also features Ashley Tisdale - will help it to solid takings. The previous movie, Scary Movie 4, opened to $40 million in April 2006, though The Weinstein Company's Dimension films isn't expecting those numbers this time. 

Meanwhile, baseball picture '42', starring Harrison Ford as the Dodgers general manager Branch Rickey, was made for around $40 million and has the benefit of word of mouth marketing. Warner Bros showed the movie to various baseball teams, including the Los Angeles Dodgers during spring training and there's already quite a buzz. The reviews are pretty good too, with Kenneth Turan of the Los Angeles Times saying, "Robinson's story had so much drama in real life, and his sacrifice and pain made such a lasting influence, that "42" ends up being effective in its gee-whiz way almost in spite of itself." It opens in 3,002 locations throughout North America this weekend and the studio is anticipating takings of around $15 million, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Whether that's enough to steal away the No.1 spot from Scary Movie 5 remains to be seen.

They might seem like an unlikely couple but the Lohan and Sheen scene in Scary Movie 5, which saw the two Hollywood stars in bed together has been reprised. Lindsay and Charlie clearly thought that filming one bed scene together just wasn’t enough for them and decided to do it again; this time for Charlie’s popular FX comedy Anger Management.

Lindsay is currently awaiting news on where she is supposed to serve her 3 month ‘rehab lockdown’ sentence, for lying to cops about a car crash. In the meantime, whilst her lawyer wrangles with court officials over whether or not the concept of a locked rehab facility is something that actually exists, in real life, Lohan had some free time on her hands and made an appearance in the comedy series. After Sheen suffered a series of very public dramas and embarrassments, it was Anger Management that managed to get his public image back on track. Perhaps he’s hoping an appearance on the show will do the same for young Lindsay?

According to E News, Lindsay Lohan plays herself, but in the show, she’s a patient of Sheen’s therapist, who falls in love with him. The storyline apparently draws on her troubles with the police and pokes fun at her fondness for partying. The episode is scheduled to air in April.

The latest development on the Charlie Sheen versus Fancy Private School – now the parents of children attending his daughter’s former school want the Two and a Half Men star prosecuted.

Does that surprise anyone though? After Sheen put forward a call to arms for all of his fans, urging them to smear the school building with poop, something like this was bound to happen. Granted, Charlie’s tiger blood might have been boiling with righteous anger, after his 9-year-old daughter reportedly got bullied at the institution and the management turned a blind eye on her. But perhaps the actor didn’t choose the best way to seek justice. Last Thursday, a parent meeting was held at Viewpoint School in California to address Sheen’s rants and his devious dog poop plot. As far as the parents are concerned, Sheen’s numerous antics over the years – you know, things like threatening to shoot someone and holding a knife to his ex-wife’s throat – make him untrustworthy and a straight up danger to society. They would therefore want to have the actor prosecuted on charges of inciting violence and criminal threats.

He might be rightfully angry, but Charlie Sheen's threats could still get him into trouble with the law.

Well how about this for gratitude? Lindsay Lohan is reportedly angry at Charlie Sheen – that’s right, the Charlie Sheen who recently gave her $100k to help her pay off her back taxes, who supported her for Scary Movie 5 and who has been publicly defending the wayward star. We’ll bet he wish he hadn’t bothered.

Apparently Lohan is angry at Sheen’s suggestion that he could act as a mentor figure to the actress, who is currently in legal, financial, career and social turmoil. That’s a lot of turmoil. Sheen of course had his own well-documented break down a couple of years back, but has made a pretty excellent fist of getting his life back on track, and is currently starring in the sitcom Anger Management. You’d think he’d be exactly the man to give Lohan an instruction manual on how to get things going again after quite a big screw up (or several.) However, according to TMZ the star isn’t happy with Sheen’s suggestion, with insiders saying that she doesn’t believe the adage ‘it takes one to know one’ would be the way to go – in fact she just wishes he’d stop talking about her in public at all. Time to call that $100k back in we reckon, Charlie.

They've tried to make her go to rehab but she said no, no, no. Lindsay Lohan was offered rehab over jail recently in court, but Lohan turned the offer down, as the Sun Times reports. It seems she's taken Amy Winehouse's lyrics to heart. We truly hope she changes her mind though because continuing in Winehouse's footsteps can only lead to a tragic end, and no one wants to see Lohan join the 27 club. 

Her litigious history is getting messier and messier, not least because of the change of lawyer. Here's a very quick breakdown: a few years ago she was arrested and convicted of having stolen some jewellery. She went to prison briefly but was released quickly due to overcrowding. She has been on probation ever since. However, after a car crash last summer which the prosecution are claiming she lied to the police about, she's had her probation called into question and revoked. She's now set to be in court on March 18th for a trial. However, back in January she was also forced to change her lawyer and now has Mark Heller, a New York attorney, representing her... in California, despite not knowing or understanding the different court procedures. See, messy! 

To make matters worse the judge in the courtroom last week told Lindsay and Heller that they would need another legal representative to help Heller because, as TMZ say he's "incompetent to practice law in California and said Lindsay either has to get another lawyer who knows what he's doing or she has to come into court and waive her right to a competent California lawyer."

What EXACTLY happened to that glittering ball-gown that Lindsay Lohan borrowed to wear to an amFAR event earlier this month? According to US Weekly, it was cut in half by the time she returned it and sources say that she claims it had to be cut in half after it ripped during her evening out and says that she asked a bouncer to help her to cut the dress. In the pictures, it has been cut so that the formerly full-length dress is now longer at the back than it is at the front.

The source told Us Weekly “She said that the dress had ripped [at a club after the fundraiser] - she couldn't possibly wear it like that - so her stylist friend went to the club bouncer and requested some scissors to repair the torn part of the dress” and added “But what bouncer has scissors?” It certainly seems strange that Lohan would think that the best alternative to returning a damaged, borrowed dress would be a halved, borrowed dress. Reportedly, her pal Charlie Sheen helped her source the posh frock, hooking her up with celebrity stylist Philip Bloch. That’s the same Charlie Sheen who apparently loaned her a heap of money to help pay off her taxes. We bet he’s decided not to offer to help LiLo anymore, after all the hoo-ha it’s brought with it.

Lohan’s money worries stretch beyond not having a posh frock to wear. The Liz & Dick actress has been forced to move back in with her mom Dina after struggling to pay the rent on her previous home.

All the girls – looking slightly odd fully dressed – participated in the Late Show Top Ten list, with Monday's topic being the top 10 questions on the application to become a SI swimsuit model. Emily Didonato started things off with: "How naked do you see yourself in five years?" Nina Agdal asked "Have you ever dated Charlie Sheen? (we can’t work out what the right answer for that question is)."Have you ever used any pose-enhancing drugs?" posed Julie Henderson. "Are you willing to visit the elderly at his late-night talk show?" offered Genevieve Morton and "How would Brent Musberger describe you?" was Miss Alabama Katherine Webb’s. No. 1 was cover girl Upton, with: "Where's the strangest place you've found sand?"

We’re pretty sure the application for swimsuit model on Sports Illustrated sounds like the worst thing ever - if you’re at all into feminism, equal rights or any of that left-wing cushiony nonsense that is. But if you like the idea selecting people based solely on their looks and their answers to sleazy questions, they my-oh-my, it’ll be right up your street. We jest, of course (sort of). The new issue of Sports Illustrated is released on Tuesday 11 February (TODAY!).

Charlie Sheen has released a video of himself speaking an open message to the ex-police officer who is thought to be responsible for the shooting of three police officers, TMZ reports.

Ex-cop Christopher Dorner is now a fugitive. Having been fired from his job as a police officer in 2008, he has since accused LAPD, where he used to work, of racism. In an online 'manifesto', in which he threatens the safety of LAPD personnel and their families, he spoke of Randy Quan, who was a part of the 'review process' which led to Dorner's dismissal. Last Sunday (3rd February), Quan's daughter and her fiancee were found dead. 

The LA Times quotes Dorner's manifesto, a passage that relates directly to Quan: "Your lack of ethics and conspiring to wrong a just individual are over. Suppressing the truth will leave to deadly consequences for you and your family. There will be an element of surprise where you work, live, eat, and sleep," he wrote."I never had the opportunity to have a family of my own, I'm terminating yours."

While Denise Richards mourns her pet bulldog Hank - who died aged 13 on Sunday (Sunday 20, 2013) - fellow Jennifer Lopez is just getting to know her new addition to the family, a boxer dog named Frank. Richards - the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen - took to Twitter this week to express her sadness over the passing of lovable Hank.

"Last night we lost our beloved Hank," the actress wrote. "I will miss him dearly, 13 yrs old... been there for me thru it all Best dog ever & part of our family." Fortunately for the Hollywood actress, she recently adopted a rescue puppy, possibly acknowledging the fact that old Hank didn't have much left in the tank. Animal lover Richards also has many other pet cats to keep her company, and her three children of course! 

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are expanding their family with the arrival of a little brown boxer dog named Bear. Smart, 25, who works as a backing dancer for his high profile partner, tweeted the news last week, saying, "Introducing the new addition to the family..." before uploading a snap of the pooch. Lopez, a mother of 4-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, re-tweeted the message, adding, "So happy! Lilbabybear. Could get confusing!" Bear is known as the couple's pet name for each other.

Charlie Sheen had one of the most famous melt downs of recent celebrity news, equalled only by the Britney Spears' shaving-her-head incident. His spiral down into mental health and drugs problems spawned some popular catch phrases including 'bi-winning' and 'I got tiger blood', but two years on and his life seems to resemble something that's back on track. He popped in to see David Letterman on the Late Show for a chat and to promote his latest television series 'Anger Management'.

Of course, Letterman asked him the kind of questions that everyone wants to answer to. Namely, did crack cocaine have a part to play in his break down? Sheen replied: "Here's the confusing part... I wish it was crack cocaine. It wish it was an ocean of vodka, a bathtub full of pills... It was just my brain was kind of separated into itself. I just had to take a stand for what I know was right."

He also admitted to wanting to head back to Two and a Half Men, despite his character getting killed off. "I would like to go back. I would like to appear on their final episode." He said, adding: "I am dead, but so is the show!" Finally, in the most positive news of the evening, Sheen has also said that his daughter is expecting a baby, which will make him a grandpa for the first time! The prospect of it is 'fabulous' he said, admitting however that the title of 'Grandpa' is not one he's ready for yet. 

Charlie Sheen is to be a grandfather after announcing that his 28-year-old daughter Cassandra Estevez is pregnant. The 47-year-old Anger Management star shared the happy news with David Letterman on his Late Show after the host pushed him about "fessing up to a big development" in his life.

"You are going to be, in the next several months...fill in the blanks," teased Letterman. "You are going to be a..." Smiling back, Sheen replied, "Grandfather," to the delight of the audience, adding, "it's fabulous," though suggesting that 'Grandpa' was "not a title I'm ready to adopt." When Letterman asked whether Sheen thought he would make a "good grandfather," the former Two and a Half Men actor quipped, "Yeah, because you can leave the kid!" We don't know about you, but Charlie Sheen seems like a pretty decent guy to have as your grandfather, at least the visits to his house would be mildly entertaining? Cassandra is Sheen's daughter with his high-school girlfriend Paula Speert and in 2010, he walked her down the aisle when she married Casey Huffman in Santa Barbara. 

Later in his chat with Letterman, Sheen gave his thoughts on Two and a Half Men - now led by Ashton Kutcher - claiming he'd like to appear in the final episode of the show. We reckon the odds of that happening are slim to none.

Like his former co-star before him, Angus T Jones' rant against his employers on Two and a Half Men looked to have cost him his job, unlike Charlie Sheen though, Jones may have dodged a bullet and looks likely to reclaim his role as Jake on the popular series.

In an online rant, Jones called the popular sitcom "filth" and "very inappropriate," and unfitting of his newfound religious calling. For a while it looked as though it would be him leaving the show before the producers even had the chance to fire him, however he looks to have held on to his post for a little bit longer, having apologised for his rather unwise words shortly after the derogatory video went viral.

With filming for season 11 getting under way next week,  CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler issued a statement yesterday (Jan 12) seemingly signalling her forgiveness towards Jones, saying: "We move on."
