Childhood: Farrah Abraham was born in Omaha, Nebraska but grew up in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Her parents are Debra Danielson and Michael Abraham who divorced in 2010. According to Farrah, she was cruelly physically abused by her parents as a child and her mother refused to let her have an abortion when she became pregnant. She had a place on the cheerleading squad of her high school. When she was 16, she had a relationship with Derek Underwood and soon became pregnant. He passed away after a tragic road accident before she gave birth to their daughter Sophia Laurent on February 12th 2009. Career: Farrah Abraham made her first TV appearance on the documentary series '16 and Pregnant'. She also appeared in the spin-off show 'Teen Mom'. In 2012, she unveiled her debut album 'My Teenage Dream Ended' along with a companion autobiography of the same name. While the album was poorly received, the book appeared on the New York Times Best Seller list. The following year, she starred alongside porn star James Deen in a sex tape entitled 'Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom', which was later followed up with sequel 'Farrah 2: Backdoor and More'. Afer the porn releases, she became the first person to appear on 'Couples Therapy' with a partner. She returned to the show in 2014 with Brian Dawe initially being expected to appear alongside her, but she was alone once again when he dropped out after revealing he was hired as a fake boyfriend. Personal life: Farrah Abraham lives in Los Angeles, California. In 2013, she was sentenced to 6 months probation and a fine after being charged with driving under the influence. She has claimed that, on several occasions, she was 'drugged and raped' during her promotional appearances for her first sex tape. She later added that the entire porn ordeal 'ruined [her] life'. In 2010, she got into an altercation with her mother which left her with cuts on her face. She was later charged with assault. Farrah began studying for a master's degree in culinary arts at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but later dropped out. In 2014, she admitted that her young daughter was attending therapy in a bid to help her understand why she doesn't have a father and to help her cope with her and her mother's fame.
