8 MILE actress Kim Basinger admits she regrets turning down the leading role in hit 1993 film Sleepless In Seattle.
The twice-divorced star rejected the film because she didn't think the script was good enough, but now admits her judgement at picking successful films is sometimes off key.
Kim says, "When it comes to judging which film will be successful and which one won't, my judgement is very poor.
"God knows I've done things I regret a lot. Like Sleepless In Seattle. After I read the script, I turned down the offer because I thought it was too bad."
