Fans have been somewhat divided since the announcement of the Spice Girls Reunion Tour. While 90s Girl Power fever pitch has hit new heights with many thrilled the girl group are getting back together to sing their hits one more time, for others, now five has become four, it just isn't the same.
Speaking about their reformation, Mel B has remained hopeful Victoria Beckham - who has revealed she will not be coming with them on tour - will join her, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri Horner at some point.

Scary Spice touched on the band's ever-elusive reunion without really confirming anything
Rumours surrounding a possible Spice Girls reunion continue to rumble on with Mel B adding further fuel to the fire but with few nailed down confirmed details. Speaking about the return of the five Girl Power promoters, Scary Spice claimed if it was up to her they would tour immediately; however, this still seems a long way off for fans.
Taking to the Loose Women panel, Mel B spoke about the fact all five ladies had been spotted together earlier this year but was unable to give a definite answer as to their new plan.

Have The Spice Girls Agreed To A Full Reunion?

Reports in The Sun indicate that the five are meeting in London on Friday to discuss terms for a full reunion in 2018.
The reunion that many thought would never happen might finally be on, with reports that all five Spice Girls have agreed to put their differences aside and get together again later this year.
A report by The Sun on Thursday night (February 1st) indicated that the group are about to reunite under the aegis of their former manager, Simon Fuller, for a string of projects that will commence in 2018. Each of the five members will apparently earn £10 million, with reports that Victoria Beckham was the last to be convinced to do the reunion, but on the condition that she will not have to sing.
They are reportedly all meeting in London on Friday to discuss terms for the potential reunion.

Mel has decided not to join the group for their upcoming reunion shows, no matter how lucrative the offer is.
Mel C has opened up about her battles with depression and eating disorders during her days in the Spice Girls. Speaking to Event magazine, the former Sporty Spice said that sometimes she couldn't even look at herself in the mirror during her heyday with the group, because of the constant scrutiny she was under.
“When the Spice Girls were at their biggest, I couldn’t even really look at myself in the mirror because I didn’t like what I saw,” Mel admitted. “I never said anything to anyone. I was trying to hide everything from myself.

She's promoting her first solo album in ten years, but the hosts wanted to know more about the rumoured reunion.
The much-rumoured Spice Girls 20th anniversary reunion might be back on the cards as Geri Halliwell confirmed that the girl group has been in “talks” about getting back together for a brief celebratory tour.
Halliwell, 43, appeared on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ on Tuesday (September 8th) when she was asked whether the group had any plans to mark two decades since their first single and album next year. She responded cautiously, admitting that her band-mates Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C had been in preliminary discussions about reuniting (Victoria Beckham is already believed to have turned down the possibility).
However, she didn’t want to get fans’ hopes up unnecessarily as nothing had been set in stone yet. “I think it's really faltering that people are still supportive of the Spice Girls individually and collectively, that's beautiful, it's really nice. It almost feels you know that it [the Spice Girls] belongs to everyone, like a generation.”

The Sun had broken a story on Friday morning of an imminent Spice Girls reformation for their 20th anniversary next year.
Emma Bunton has played down media reports of an imminent Spice Girls reunion, telling fans that no concrete plans have yet been decided.
Bunton, a.k.a. Baby Spice, was responding to an article on Friday (August 7th) in The Sun which claimed that the most successful girl group in pop history would be reuniting for its 20th anniversary with an international tour next year, but without Victoria Beckham.
Just a few hours later, she seemed to put a dampener on those rumours on her Heart London breakfast radio show. “If anything happens and it’s concrete, and we decide on something, I will let you know, but nothing’s happening at the moment,” she said.

It’s been nearly 20 years since the Spice Girls burst onto the pop music scene and changed the game forever with their debut single ‘Wannabe’. Now with their special anniversary approaching former band member and ‘America’s Got Talent Judge’ Mel B (aka Scary Spice) has been talking about the possibility of reunion to celebrate the group’s landmark anniversary.
"When you say it's our 20th anniversary, it makes you think oh gosh it really has been that long,” she said during an appearance on the 'Today Show', Thursday to promote her role as a a judge on America's Got Talent.

The pop star married Formula One team boss Christian Horner in front of a host of famous faces and at the recepition she even indulged in a solo rendition of Spice Girls hit ‘Wannabe’.
