The band faced censorship in China

When Metallica toured China in 2013, the government demanded they submit their setlist. Some songs, including 'Master of Puppets', were banned from being played.

During an appearance on 'The Howard Stern Show', Hetfield said: "Whatever rules they set down, the fans were there to have fun. We got our foot in the door. We were able to go and play in China. That was the key."
