Richard Ashcroft unveils track Lovin' You from new album
Richard Ashcroft returns with his new track Lovin’ You, teasing his upcoming album and kicking off a UK headline tour.

Richard Ashcroft has unveiled new single Lovin’ You, giving fans a taste of his upcoming album of the same name.
The track, featuring the iconic guitar riff from Mason Williams’ 1968 hit Classical Gas, sees Ashcroft blending his signature soaring vocals with inventive loops and punchy hip-hop beats, marking a fresh evolution in his sound. Williams himself praised the new track upon hearing it.
The single is available to pre-order now across digital, CD, and standard black vinyl, with exclusive coloured vinyl editions including neon orange, regular orange, and blue variants at select retailers. Ashcroft co-produced the track with Emre Ramazanoglu and shares a co-writing credit with Mason Williams for the sampled riff. The album is released on October 10.

This summer, Ashcroft has been captivating audiences as a special guest on Oasis’s stadium tour, inspiring massive singalongs to classics like Bitter Sweet Symphony and The Drugs Don’t Work. He will wrap the Oasis Live '25 tour with two final Wembley Stadium shows on September 27th and 28th, before embarking on his own headline UK tour.
Known for his work as the frontman of The Verve, whose 11x Platinum album Urban Hymns produced timeless hits including Bitter Sweet Symphony, Ashcroft has also built an expansive solo career, earning two Ivor Novello awards and three BRIT Awards.
His headline tour, now expanded due to phenomenal demand, will see him perform across major arenas including London’s The O2, Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, and Birmingham’s Utilita Arena.
