Don Broco and Nickelback unleash explosive link-up, Nightmare Tripping
Don Broco have teamed up with Nickelback on the title track of their upcoming album, Nightmare Tripping.
Don Broco have unleashed their explosive new single Nightmare Tripping, teaming up with rock heavyweights Nickelback for the track.
The release arrives alongside the announcement of the band’s next album — also titled Nightmare Tripping — due out March 27.
The single charges in with crunching guitars, pounding drums and a fierce vocal back‑and‑forth between Rob Damiani and Matt Donnelly, with Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger adding his trademark grit.
It lands with a cinematic, film‑noir‑inspired video directed by Gordy De St. Jeor, featuring members of both bands.
Speaking about the track, Broco described it as exploring “the uncertainty between dreams and reality,” while calling the Nickelback collaboration “a dream come true.”
Nightmare Tripping marks a new era for the Bedford quartet, who have built a reputation for constant reinvention since forming in 2008.
Their upcoming Fearless Records debut sees them leaning into heavier textures, darker themes and experimental turns, reuniting with longtime producer Dan Lancaster.
The band have already teased the album’s range with early singles including Cellophane, Hype Man, Disappear, and Euphoria, signalling a bold, expansive new chapter.
Currently on the second leg of their US tour, the band's live momentum continues to grow. In 2026, they’ll take their high‑energy show worldwide, including a major London date supporting Biffy Clyro and festival appearances at Rock im Ring and Rock For People.
