The 'Le Freak' hitmakers will be returning to the summer extravaganza on Wednesday, June 25, following four triumphant headline shows in 2024, where they promise to bring the ultimate dance party to Forestry England Cannock Chase.
72-year-old music icon Nile - who is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and multiple Grammy Award-winning songwriter, composer, producer, arranger and guitarist - and his band are set to deliver a show filled with fan-favourites and massive hit songs, such as 'Good Times', 'Lost In Music' and 'Everybody Dance', to get the fans up on their feet and dancing.
The 51-year-old the queen of British soul music Beverley Knight is also part of the line-up for Forest Live 2025.
The 'Greatest Day' hitmaker will be supporting 54-year-old global pop icon Gary Barlow as part of his 'Songbook' tour at Forestry England Delamere Forest on Saturday, June 14, and at High Lodge, Thetford Forest on Saturday, June 21.
Nile Rodgers and CHIC, and Beverley Knight join a selection of renowned global artists announced to perform as part of 2025’s Forest Live shows, including Busted, Sting, Gary Barlow, McFly, The Script, Elbow, Blossoms, Rag’n’Bone Man, James, Snow Patrol and Paul Heaton with special guest singer Rianne Downey, with more to be announced.
Forest Live - which over two million people have enjoyed over the last 23 years - in 2025 will take place at four forest venues - Forestry England Cannock Chase, Delamere, High Lodge, Thetford and Westonbirt Arboretum.
Forestry England manages and cares for the nation’s 1,500 woods and forests, with proceeds raised from the music event going towards maintaining the natural areas for everyone to enjoy, running conservation projects and keeping trees growing
Last year they planted some 7.4 million trees and welcomed 285 million visits in 2023-2024.
Tickets for Nile Rodgers and CHIC will go on sale at 9am on Friday, January 31, 2025.
