RCA Records UK have launched a new nine-month pop-up at Mare Street Market in King’s Cross.

The opening event celebrates former Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall and her solo debut That’s Showbiz Baby! — released September 12, 2025.

The activation is the first in a series of fan-focused experiences at the Sony-owned label’s new physical hub, spotlighting Thirlwall’s transformation into solo artist JADE while connecting fans with RCA’s broader catalogue, legacy, and roster.

The installation features a curated display of JADE’s most iconic looks, including her standout Glastonbury outfit and the Angel of My Dreams ensemble. Visitors can immerse themselves in the world of Showbiz Baby, experiencing the aesthetic and narrative of her debut era.

Following her departure from Little Mix in 2020, Thirlwall steps into the spotlight on her own with an album that blends pop and R&B while exploring deeply personal themes.

Little Mix was formed in 2011 on The X Factor UK, when then judge and music executive Simon Cowell handpicked Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jesy Nelson to form the quartet. They went on to become one of the UK’s most successful girl groups.

RCA Records UK Co-Presidents Glyn Aikins and Stacey Tang said: “This space is more than a record shop, it’s a celebration of RCA’s past, present and future. At a time when fan connection is more important than ever and harder to win, we decided to create a physical hub that brings artists’ stories to life in a fresh, meaningful way.

“From legacy defining catalogue artists, to breakthrough talent like JADE and Myles Smith and established acts like Bring Me The Horizon, this pop-up provides everyone with a chance to get closer to the music, the culture that embraces it, the artists shaping it as well and the fandoms that support and power them all.”

In addition to JADE, the pop-up will feature vinyl and merchandise from RCA’s extensive roster, including Beyoncé, André 3000, Kaytranada, Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, and Bring Me The Horizon. Throughout the residency, fans can expect rotating activations and exclusive artist content.

To mark the launch, London-based artist Koby Martin has created a bespoke black-and-white mural, adding a contemporary art element to the space.

The pop-up is located at 2 Lewis Cubitt Walk, Mare Street Market, King’s Cross, London N1C 4DY.
