Oasis releasing live version of Acquiesce from Live '25 Tour on War Child charity album
Oasis are releasing Acquiesce (Live from Wembley Stadium, 28 September ’25) in aid of War Child.
Oasis will appear on War Child’s upcoming HELP(2) charity album, contributing an exclusive live recording that will also be issued as a limited 7” single inside the vinyl edition.
War Child Records confirmed that the band have donated Acquiesce (Live from Wembley Stadium, 28 September ’25), captured on the final night of their seven‑show run at Wembley during the record‑breaking Oasis Live ’25 Tour.
The track will feature as a hidden cut on the double CD version and will be available to stream from March 6.
Acquiesce has long been considered one of the band’s most celebrated B‑sides, and the huge demand surrounding last year’s reunion tour even pushed the original studio version into the charts for the first time.
The new release marks the first physical live recording to emerge from the 2025 world tour.
Oasis previously appeared on the original HELP album in 1995, opening the compilation with Fade Away.
Noel Gallagher also took part in the project as a member of The Smokin’ Mojo Filters alongside Sir Paul McCartney and Paul Weller. Their return to the series nearly 30 years later highlights their continued support for War Child’s work with children affected by conflict.
HELP(2) arrives on March 6 and follows recent contributions from Ezra Collective and Greentea Peng (Helicopters), Pulp (Begging For Change), Arctic Monkeys (Opening Night), Damon Albarn, Grian Chatten and Kae Tempest (Flags), and The Last Dinner Party (Let’s Do It Again!).
