WATCH: Spice Girls get new member! Cruz Beckham shows support for mother Victoria Beckham amid Brooklyn rift
Cruz Beckham has uploaded a clip to his Instagram account showing his mother Victoria Beckham and Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner performing Spice Girls single Viva Forever together, with him backing them on an acoustic guitar.
The Spice Girls have found themselves a new member - Cruz Beckham.
The 20-year-old musician joined his mother Victoria Beckham, 51, Mel C, 52, Emma Bunton, 50, and Geri Horner, 53, for an impromptu rendition of Viva Forever.
Cruz - who is getting ready to launch his debut album, which he has recorded with the help of The Kooks frontman Luke Pritchard - played acoustic guitar as the foursome sang the 1998 single. As the song ended Victoria and Mel C hugged as everyone in the room clapped.
Posting a video of the special moment on his Instagram page, Cruz wrote: "I think i found my openers… you think they have potential?"
His brother Romeo Beckham, 23, joking replied on Instagram: "Sounds like they’ve done something like this before."
And Victoria responded with the words "Love you all xxxxx ♥️♥️"
The musician's girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, also appeared toward the end of the clip, smiling as the camera panned towards her.
Noticeably absent from the video was Mel B, 50.
It is believed the video was recorded at Emma Bunton’s 50th birthday celebrations, which Mel B - better known as Scary Spice - didn’t attend.
The video sent Spice Girls fans wild as Victoria - referred to as Posh Spice in the 1990s - hasn’t sang with the Spice Girls since their performance at the London 2012 Olympic Games closing ceremony.

The band members, such as Mel C, have been hinting at some special plans to mark the 30th anniversay of the release of their debut single Wannabe this year, and the Viva Forever performance has given fans hope all five members could reunite for live shows.
Victoria previously claimed she would not have the time for a full Spice Girls tour due to her running her fashion label, but she admit a residency at a venue like the Las Vegas Sphere would appeal to her.
Cruz's post showing his sweet performance with his mum and her fellow Spice Girls comes in the wake of his older brother Brooklyn Peltz Beckham releasing a damning statement on Instagram last month in which he accused his parents Victoria and David Beckham, 50, of controlling his life and hating his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham, who he married in April 2022.
He wrote: "The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared. I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose and have found peace and relief. My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation. All we want peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family."

Elsewhere in his statement, he added: "I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life," he insisted."
