Leigh-Anne's debut album My Ego Told Me To is "rooted in reggae" and her "heritage, but stamped with pop".

The former Little Mix star has announced her new record will drop on February 20, 2026.

Fans can expect a deeply personal collection about taking back control and doing things "my way".

Leigh-Anne - who has young twins with footballer spouse Andre Gray - also delves into life as a mother and wife.

She said in a statement: “This album is the truest representation of me as an artist. Versatile, rooted in reggae and my heritage, but stamped with pop. It’s personal and impossible to box in. I wanted it to feel authentic, blending the genres I love with a sound that’s distinctly mine. It’s also a statement: standing by my art and doing it my way. These are songs I’ll be proud of in five, ten years, because they reflect exactly where I was. You’ll hear my world in it, my daughters, my marriage, my fight for power, and the moment I embraced my fire side and said: no more. This is my show now.”

The album includes the recent singles Been A Minute and Burning Up, as well as the incoming Dead and Gone, out Friday (17.10.25).

A full track-listing is on the way.

Leigh-Anne has also announced the My Ego Told Me To Tour.

The UK and Ireland leg will kick off on April 6, 2026 at Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre, before hitting up Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, and London's Kentish Town Forum. The European leg will include stops in the Netherlands, France and Germany.

Tickets are available on pre-sale from October 23 10am BST and general on-sale is from October 24 at the same time.

Fans who pre-order the album via Leigh-Anne's official website can gain access to an Artist pre-sale. Head to www.leigh-anneofficial.com for more information.

Meanwhile, Leigh-Anne Pinnock previously admitted she felt "undervalued" in Little Mix.

The 34-year-old pop star shot to fame alongside Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, and former member Jesy Nelson in the girl group formed on The X Factor in 2011.

On her debut solo single Don't Say Love, she chanelled the "frustration, sadness and anger" she felt about being "overlooked and undervalued" with a "predominately white" fanbase and pop world.

She told Vogue.co.uk: “The pop industry is very white, we did have a predominately white fan base. It took me so long to understand why I was feeling so undervalued. I just blamed myself. My family would be like, ‘Oh, Leigh, you’re getting the same money. It’s fine.’ I just couldn’t accept that.”
