Alex Warren joins starry BRITs lineup as breakout success continues
Alex Warren has been added to the already stacked lineup for this year's BRIT Awards.
Alex Warren has been confirmed as one of the performers at this year’s BRIT Awards, joining what is already shaping up to be one of the ceremony’s biggest line‑ups to date.
The Ordinary singer will take the stage alongside recently announced performers Harry Styles, Olivia Dean, EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI — the singing voices behind HUNTR/X from KPop Demon Hunters — as well as Wolf Alice, Mark Ronson and ROSALÍA. This year marks a major shift for the BRITs as the show moves to its new home at Manchester’s Co‑op Live arena.
Reflecting on his upcoming performance, Warren said: “The UK is where Ordinary first broke and changed my life last year. I am so grateful for all the love from my fans there, and I can’t wait to bring a big performance to the BRITs’ stage for the very first time.”
Warren’s addition comes during a landmark moment in his career. The US star has become one of 2025’s biggest global breakouts, amassing over 7.7 billion career streams and more than 50 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
His runaway hit Ordinary has been a phenomenon on both sides of the Atlantic, earning 3× Platinum BRIT certification, becoming the most‑played song on UK radio in 2025, and topping the UK Singles Chart for a record‑breaking run — the longest No.1 by a US artist this decade.
His debut album, You’ll Be Alright, Kid, released in July, also stormed straight to No.1 on the UK Albums Chart, spawning six Top 40 singles, five of which reached the Top 10.
In the US, Ordinary dominated the Billboard Hot 100 for 10 weeks, becoming the country’s top‑selling release of 2025 by total units. The album itself went Platinum, sold over a million copies, debuted in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200 and spent 13 non‑consecutive weeks inside the Top 10. It also ranked as Spotify’s seventh most‑streamed album globally for the year.
Warren’s momentum shows no signs of slowing. He recently announced his Little Orphan Alex Live arena tour, which will take him across North America, Europe and the UK from April.
The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard will take place on February 28.
