Actress Sofia Vergara has been embroiled in a legal battle with her ex-boyfriend after he repeatedly sued her in a bid to keep the embryos alive the couple had frozen during their two-year relationship. Now the 46-year-old has revealed she believes her ex Nick Leob is using the embryo court case to destroy her marriage to Joe Manganiello.
Sofia Vergara and married Joe Manganiello in 2015
The Modern Family star, who has just been revealed as the highest paid US TV actress by a significant margin, married Joe in 2015 but believes Nick attempt to take her to task for their embroys is an attempt to derail her new relationship.
Acclaimed digital artist BossLogic took to Instagram to reveal Joe Manganiello was cast in the DC Extended Universe partially because of fan art he created.
When it comes to fans casting their favourite comic book characters for the big screen, their choices haven't always been the most exciting. We've also seen how an initial reaction to a casting choice - such as Heath Ledger's Joker or Ben Affleck's Batman - can be the wrong one, as the pair more than proved themselves capable of stepping into their respective roles on the big screen.
Joe Manganiello plays Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke in the DCEU
One of the most influential digital artists online however, has clearly made a big impression on those at DC Films, and in particular, Jon Berg. Going by the name 'BossLogic', the user has for years now mocked up images of some A-list actors and actresses in the costumes of characters fans want to see them play.

Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson) is passionate about his job at Everglades National Park, particularly with regards to an intelligent ape, his best friend, named George. One night, some kind of missile hits George's enclosure which, upon inspection, sprays him with an unknown substance. The next morning, Davis arrives to find George cowering in his cave in obvious fear and pain, and Davis realises he has grown at least two feet since he last saw him and his weight has almost doubled.
With the help of scientist Dr. Kate Caldwell (Naomie Harris), they find the object that caused George's transformation, and deduces that it's part of some genetic editing technology being developed by the government. Of course, given that it's managed to find its way into the home of George - who, incidentally, is displaying more and more unpredictable behaviour - that means there's likely to be other 'edited' animals out there, something like... a 30-foot wolf, or a gigantic crocodile.
Davis protests about George being taken away by the military for testing, but this now-outsize ape can certainly take care of himself and is not about to become a science experiment if he can help it. But there might be a chance for Davis to get his friend back; there's talk of an antidote for the technology being created and it soon becomes clear that Davis is the only person willing to chance it than execute the innocent animals.

The actor debuted as the character in a post-credits scene following 'Justice League'.
Though 'Justice League' may not be performing quite as well as Warner Bros. and all those attached would like, the movie has still caused some big conversations, partly in thanks to the post-credits scene that occurs for those willing to sit in their cinema seats right through to the end.
Joe Manganiello stars as Deathstroke in the DCEU, as seen below
In that scene, Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) can be seen, having escaped prison and having set up a meeting with none other than Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke (Joe Manganiello). Whilst fans had already seen Lex as the primary antagonist in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice', it's the first time we've seen cinematic footage of Manganiello's take on Slade, and left the majority very excited about his future in the DC Extended Universe.

Resisting the temptation to capitalise on the camp value of these characters, Channing Tatum and his producing-writing partner Reid Carolin create a startlingly loose and thoughtful follow-up to their 2012 hit. Yes, it's still the story of a group of ridiculously muscled men who take their clothes off for a living and enjoy a laugh. And even without much of a plot it's a remarkably astute exploration of masculinity and gender politics. In the last three years, Mike (Tatum) has made a decent go of his furniture-making business, but his life feels stuck in a rut.
Then his old pals ask him to go on the road for one last hurrah to a stripper convention. So he heads off with new-age healer Ken (Matt Bomer), lovelorn beefcake Richie (Joe Manganiello), artful biker Tarzan (Kevin Nash), macrobiotic smoothie expert Tito (Adam Rodriguez) and food-truck driving deejay Tobias (Gabriel Iglesias). Along the way, they meet up with Mike's old mentor Rome (Jada Pinkett Smith), who provides two new guys for the team (Donald Glover and Stephen 'tWitch' Boss). And they get some favours from a newly single Southern belle (Andie MacDowell) and another old friend (Elizabeth Banks).
There's very little to the story, but the film's improvisational style allows all of the characters to deepen in quiet but significant ways. So the journey these people take is even more internal than the highways they traverse from Tampa, Florida, to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The main point is that these men need to figure out who they are if they have any hope of finding happiness, and each one takes his own subtle voyage of discovery. The actors dive into this approach, which requires unusually subtle performances that combine sexy physicality with earthy, boisterous humour. What the film never does is fall back on the usual cliches about machismo or sexuality.

Watch Channing Tatum do seven classic dance moves in 30 seconds.
For those of us who have seen Step Up, Magic Mike or its recently released sequel, we’re all well aware Channing Tatum can dance. However, it comes as something of a surprise though to see him drop his grinding stripper moves for something a little tamer – voguing, the funky chicken and the pony.
Tatum did seven well-known dance moves in 30 seconds in a video for Vanity Fair. The video was part of his interview for his August cover of the magazine. Tatum, knowing some of the moves are somewhat ridiculous, took the bizarre activity in good part and even seemed to be enjoying himself. He was especially good at voguing!
The male stripper sequel hit US theatres today (July 1st) and stars Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer, and Joe Manganiello.
Channing Tatum and his troupe of oiled up, dancing beefcakes have hit the road this summer for Magic Mike XXL, the sequel to the highly successful 2012 film which followed a group of male strippers in Florida. But while the first film showed a surprising amount of heart, the XXL version seems to be more intent on just showing skin, leaving some reviewers feeling more than a little cheated.
The boys of Magic Mike XXL
Star Channing Tatum, who based the original film on his own experiences as an 18 year old stripper in Florida, has come along way in the short period of time since Magic Mike. Last year he impressed critics in Oscar nominated drama Foxcatcher, so it’s no surprise that some were expecting a lot from Tatum in his second Magic Mike outing.
Magic Mike might be keeping his clothes on these days in favour of beginning a business in custom furniture, and after a rather bitter and scandalous departure from the Xquisite nightclub, but three years on and he's still got the moves. And the body. These days, his stripper friends have decided to give up their dancing careers in Tampa, Florida too, but these aren't the kind of guys who are going to disappear quietly. They thus decide to get together one last time for a spectacular performance at Myrtle Beach in South Carolina where a major stripping convention is due to take place. Mike agrees to join them as their headliner, re-living his glory days as the ultimate chiselled fantasy. Along the way he meets some old friends and welcomes new faces in such cities as Jacksonville and Savannah, and they dance away their previous lives in style.
