Arthur Shawcross: G. G. Allin
The Genesee River Killer murdered a young boy and girl in 1972 but was charged with the lesser crime of manslaughter and was released from prison after just 14 years.
After getting out of prison, Shawcross murdered 12 more victims – the majority of whom were sex workers – before being apprehended again in 1990.
Appropriately for such a disturbed individual, he was said to be a fan of notorious punk rocker G. G. Alin– who cut himself during performances and defecated on stage.
