CMAT reschedules UK tour
CMAT was forced to reschedule her UK tour dates over a troublesome wisdom tooth.

Irish alt-pop sensation CMAT has rescheduled her UK tour.
The 29-year-old singer - whose real name is Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson - took to social media last week to announce that she was postponing the shows in support of her acclaimed Mercury Prize-nominated album EURO-COUNTRY after her wisdom tooth got infected and required urgent surgery.
Just a day ahead of the tour's planned kick-off at London’s Brixton Academy on Thursday night (02.10.25), CMAT announced the news.
She said in a statement: “I am devastated to say that due to an infected wisdom tooth I need to reschedule all of my upcoming dates of the October UK tour.
“I woke up today with a throbbing pain in my jaw and booked an emergency visit with my dentist. He has booked me in for surgery to remove both lower wisdom teeth next week and given me antibiotics to help with the infection.
“I am told the recovery period for my surgery is two weeks to allow me to heal, with a following short period to allow me get back to full health. We are working to reschedule dates and will provide information on this as soon as possible.”
As promised, the new dates have been unveiled and will take place between November 14 and December 2 - with the exception of three shows at Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom, which have been rescheduled for March 2026.
The trek also includes stops in Nottingham, Newcastle, Leeds, Cambridge, Brighton, Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, Norwich, Birmingham, London and Cardiff.
CMAT shared on social media: "Here's the rescheduled UK dates of the Euro-Country Tour. We've organised it as best as we can in what is a very busy period - I hope you are able to make it to these new shows.
"Good people of Glasgow/Glasgay, we are extremely sorry but we could not get three days (even two days) in a row that worked, so we have to move these dates to March of next year."
Original tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Tickets purchased for the October 8 Glasgow show will be valid for March 2, tickets for the October 9 date will be valid for March 3, and tickets for the October 10 show will be valid for the March 4. Ticketholders unable to attend the new dates will be able to obtain a full refund from their point of purchase.
