The event - which is a series of shows that sees some of the world's biggest names come to the Midlands, UK - will welcome the gold and platinum-selling queen of British soul music to perform for the crowds in St Nicholas Park.
The three-time MOBO winner and multiple BRIT Award and Mercury Prize nominee is sure to delight fans as she performs her hits this summer following the release of her latest album in 2023, 'The Fifth Chapter'.
The 51-year-old star said: "My new album covers the kaleidoscope of my soul influences from disco, R'n'B, funk, gospel through to northern soul and big ballad."
Multi-award-winning pop sensation and actor Will will be joining the 'Memphis' West End performer as they top the bill on Thursday, July 3.
It follows the release of his studio album 'Light it Up' in 2024, which blends '70s and '80s soulful pop, with tracks such as 'Falling Deep' and 'The Worst'.
The album marked the 46-year-old singer-songwriter's first collection of originals in five years.
The 2002 'Pop Idol' winner said of his new music: "I think for me it was about finally feeling more content and being able to go back to embracing joyous unashamed pop music.
"I get what a great pop song does.
"Probably coming from a talent show and the snobbery that has come with that over the years, I would sometimes rail against pop, but now I love it.”
The pair will follow Train, with support from Squeeze, on Wednesday, July 2, with The Stranglers headlining on Friday, July 4, with support from The Buzzcocks and The Skids.
Mercury Prize-winning rock band Elbow will be bringing the weekend of music to an an end on Sunday, July 6.
Councillor Ella Billiald, Portfolio Holder for Arts and Economy at Warwick District Council, said: “We are very excited to be welcoming these big-name artists to Warwick in the wonderful backdrop of St Nicholas Park.
"We do hope that these concerts will attract lots of new visitors to our beautiful town, benefitting our local hospitality businesses and retail.”
The general sale begins 10am on Friday, January 31 - and there is an option to purchase the diamond viewing packages, which boasts fast track entry, an exclusive viewing area in front of the stage and three complimentary drinks.
