The surprise 21-track release was announced with little warning and is already generating buzz across social media for its smooth, moody R+B sound and deep-cut collaborations.
The album launch coincides with the announcement that PARTYNEXTDOOR will join Drake on select dates of his sold-out Anita Max Win stadium tour across Australia and New Zealand, set to take place in February and March 2026.
First teased onstage in Toronto last summer - as well on social media - $$$4U marks the latest chapter in a creative partnership that spans more than a decade.
Early standout tracks include Crying in Chanel, Small Town Fame, Gimme a Hug and Greedy, showcasing both Canadian artists in top form.
PARTYNEXTDOOR (real name Jahron Brathwaite) was the first artist signed to Drake’s OVO Sound label in 2013.
Since then, the duo have teamed up on multiple tracks, including Recognize, Preach, Loyal, and Come and See Me. Their latest effort continues that tradition, blending late-night R+B, atmospheric production, and emotionally charged lyrics.
$$$4U is PARTYNEXTDOOR’s second major release in under a year, following PARTYNEXTDOOR 4 (P4), which debuted at #10 on the Billboard 200 and is now certified Gold by the RIAA.
His catalogue continues to perform strongly, pulling in 80 million streams per week and over 11 billion total globally.
