Ronnie Spector was part of the '60s group The Ronettes, known for their bouncy pop and big hair - a look which later inspired Amy Winehouse.

Their biggest release was 'Be My Baby' in 1963.

Despite a turbulent personal life and a difficult marriage to producer Phil Spector, Ronnie managed to release five solo albums.
