'It's not right': Louis Tomlinson vows to get fans with restricted-view seats refunds

Louis Tomlinson has promised refunds for fans stuck in restricted‑view seats at his Bologna show after calling the situation “not right” during the concert.

Louis Tomlinson has vowed to refund fans who paid for restricted view seats at his concert in Bologna concert.

The former One Direction star headlined Unipol Arena Casalecchio di Reno as part of his How Did We Get Here? tour on Thursday night (09.04.26) and has been praised by fans on social media after he addressed his dismay at gig-goers who forked out for a ticket with no view of the stage.

He told fans in a clip circulating on X: “I just wanna say, these tickets behind the screens, it's not right, it's not right.

"Send us an email, we'll refund you, we shouldn't be selling them tickets!"

The 34-year-old star also confessed to being nervous during the "first six songs".

He continued: "Anyway! This has been a show that I will f***ing remember, cause often these big shows, they kind of get the better of me, but I've enjoyed every single - except for the first six songs cause I was s******* it - but apart from that I have loved every single second. So thank you, thank you for all the love. [Talking to the fans in the section behind the screens] Sorry to you, we'll sort this out, don't worry.”

Another wrote: "He is simply so kind and considerate, my #1 always."
