Oli Sykes has announced the launch of Patient Zero, a next‑generation live‑production company focused on building large‑scale, narrative‑driven experiences.

The Bring Me The Horizon frontman developed the venture after years of shaping the band’s arena‑level shows, which have become known for their ambitious visual storytelling.

Patient Zero’s first major project is already underway: the ILLENIUM + Bring Me The Horizon live experience at Sphere Las Vegas, one of the world’s most advanced performance venues.

From opening night, footage of the show spread rapidly online, with fans highlighting the production’s blend of cinematic world‑building, real‑time animation and large‑format audiovisual design.

Sykes led the concept and creative direction for the Sphere project and served as executive producer, developing a visual universe tailored specifically to the venue’s capabilities.

The result is a hybrid performance that pushes beyond traditional concert staging and into fully immersive territory.

Joining Sykes at Patient Zero is longtime collaborator Nick Keays, who serves as director and producer and led character design for the Sphere show.

The project’s art direction is overseen by Jacob Harry Carter, co‑creative director of Bring Me The Horizon alongside Sykes.

Patient Zero will announce additional projects in the coming months as the company expands its slate of large‑scale live experiences.
