Addison Rae has said performing with Lana Del Rey was "life-changing".

The Video Games hitmaker invited Addison onstage to duet on the latter's debut hit Diet Pepsi at her pair of Wembley Stadium shows this July. The pop pair also performed Lana's track 57.5.

In an interview with W magazine, Addison said: "I learned so much about myself and about Lana.

"Standing beside someone I admire, who lives her truth so gracefully, was life-changing.

"It all came together magically and unexpectedly. That was monumental for me."

Elsewhere, Addison spoke about her debut album, Addison, and how before she even started working on the sound, she had a mood board for how she saw the project visually.

She told the publication: “I’m a very visual person, so everything was mapped out: colours, themes, how I wanted to translate them into a project. I made a binder. I printed out photos and colours and words. Before the album had any sonic world, before there was any audio involved, it was just purely visions, visuals, words."

The Headphones On singer also recounted Diet Pepsi being crafted on the first day in the studio with her collaborators Elvira Anderfjärd and Luka Kloser.

She said: “We were three girls in a room.

“It was a very fun and free-flowing environment. There was no pressure to force ourselves to make an album or a certain number of songs. It just happened gradually over time.”

She added: “We had this really magic moment making Diet Pepsi on the first day we met, which is really crazy and almost seems so unrealistic."
