The 5th Wave Trailer

Cassie Sullivan is only 16-years-old but her fighting spirit and courage has left her as one of the only survivors on a demolished Earth. The world has been taken over by alien forces known only as The Others, and they have launched a strategic attack on the planet in order to gain ownership. First came the darkness as the mothership wiped all power from the globe; the second wave brought total devastation in the cities, flooding everything in sight; and with the third wave came an airborne infection so deadly it took out whole nations in months. It wasn't long before they launched their invasion, killing any survivors and possessing human beings as hosts to walk among people in secret. Now what's left of the world is preparing for what may be the most apocalyptic wave of all, but the strongest people have survived and they're not ready to give up their home just yet. Cassie knows to trust no-one, but when she meets another apparent survivor, she knows she has to put her faith in him if she wants to find her missing brother.

Last Vegas - International Trailer

Billy, Paddy, Archie and Sam may well be getting on in years physically but, on the inside, they haven't changed in 40 years, so when Billy announces his engagement to a woman half his age, it's only right that they should celebrate with one hell of a party trip. They take to Vegas in what they hope is a wild weekend on the Strip; they were kids once, they understand how it's done, right? Well, things have changed a lot since 1959 and they're about to be outdone for the first time in their lives by a new, younger generation of party animals - or are they? This bunch of retirees may yet surprise you!

'Last Vegas' is like a wonderful reversed coming of age story that really hammers in a great message that young people and older people have a lot more in common than they think. It has been directed by Jon Turteltaub ('National Treasure', 'While You Were Sleeping', 'The Kid'), written by Adam Brooks ('Practical Magic', 'Definitely, Maybe', 'French Kiss') and Dan Fogelman ('Crazy, Stupid, Love', 'Cars', 'Tangled') and features an Oscar winning main cast of veteran stars. It is set to hit UK cinema screens on November 8th 2013.

Last Vegas Trailer

However, the city is not how they left it; things have changed a lot since they were kids and they are about to be outdone by the youth of today as they embark on a riotous weekend that will test themselves, their friendships and how they see the world. On the other hand, age verification will unlikely be necessary.

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island Review

Good
With just one character from the 2008 adventure, this film does a decent job continuing the story while playing loosely with another Jules Verne's story.

It's an enjoyably ridiculous romp with far-fetched action for the kids and a few deranged gags for the grown-ups.

Now 17, Sean (Hutcherson) has intercepted a broadcast from his Vernian adventurer grandfather (Caine). He begrudgingly lets his stepdad Hank (Johnson) help decode the message, which says that Verne's Mysterious Island really exists, and that it's the same island from Stevenson's Treasure Island and Swift's Gulliver's Travels. Sean is determined to see it, so Hank accompanies him to Palau, where they rent a helicopter piloted by the goofy Gabato (Guzman) and his hot daughter Kailani (Hudgens). But after they find the amazing island, they discover that it's about to sink.

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island Trailer

Sean Anderson has moved back in with his mother, after embarking on the adventure of a lifetime with his uncle, in which they discovered a lost world at the centre of the earth. Now, his mum has a new boyfriend, called Hank.

After Sean's grandfather goes missing, Sean tries to track him down but to no avail. The teen suspects that his grandfather is on the hunt again for a mysterious island and a few days later, his suspicions are confirmed when he gets a strange fax that repeats the same words over and over, as well as strange radio signals. Wishing to uncover the truth Sean shares these findings with his uncle who dismisses them as the work of a lunatic but Sean is adamant that it is his grandfather, who has finally found the island after years of searching.

Sean decides to go after his grandfather and persuades Hank to join him, which he does with great reluctance. After looking up the coordinates of the island, they travel to a nearby port, where they persuade a local man and his pretty daughter to fly them to the island. Despite their protests that there is no island, they agree to help Sean and Hank.

Tragedy soon strikes when Sean, Hank and the pretty girl Kailani are stuck on the mysterious island, which is filled with all sorts of exotic and dangerous animals. And there appears to be no way off...
