Chappell Roan dedicates win to sex workers and Sinead O'Connor

Chappell Roan won both the International Artist of The Year and Best International Song (for 'Good Luck, Babe!') and dedicated the latter prize to "sex workers and Sinead O'Connor".

The 'Pink Pony Club' artist said in a pre-recorded message: "I dedicate this to trans artists, to drag queens, to fashion students, sex workers, and Sinead O'Connor."
