Jimmy Eat World have confirmed their biggest ever UK performance, set for London’s Gunnersbury Park on Sunday, August 16, 2026. The special one-off show will mark the 25th anniversary of their acclaimed fourth studio album, Bleed American, a record that helped define the sound of alternative rock in the early 2000s.

The Arizona band will be joined by an impressive line-up of guests, including Rise Against, The Get Up Kids, and Jay Som. Fans eager to secure tickets can access the artist presale from Tuesday (02.12.25) at 10am GMT via jimmyeatworld.com, with general sale opening on Friday 5 December at 10am GMT through Ticketmaster.

UK audiences will have the chance to hear Bleed American performed in full for the first time, alongside rarities and hits from across Jimmy Eat World’s catalogue, presented with their most ambitious production to date.

Frontman Jim Adkins reflected on the milestone: “When we printed the last mix of Bleed American, we felt like we had achieved something great for ourselves. There was no barometer of how it would connect with people outside of the studio and we are still in awe with the life the record and songs have had since their original release. Bleed American is as much yours as it is ours, so we want to celebrate it with you all in a very special way.”

Originally released in 2001, Bleed American became a commercial and creative breakthrough, earning Platinum certification in the US and Gold in the UK. Its standout single The Middle has surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify, joining the platform’s Billion Streams Club. The album’s influence has been felt across a generation of bands, with artists such as Fall Out Boy, Paramore, Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, and The Wonder Years citing it as a major inspiration. The Middle has even been covered by icons including Prince and Taylor Swift, further cementing its legacy.
