Thundercat announces 2026 UK and European tour alongside new double single release
Thundercat will embark on a 21-date UK and European tour in March and April 2026, performing new material and tracks from his latest double single featuring Remi Wolf.
Thundercat will embark on a 21-date UK and European tour in March and April 2026, including six headline shows across the UK.
The Grammy Award-winning bassist, singer, and songwriter – known for his innovative blend of jazz, funk, and soul – will kick off the European leg of his tour on March 5 at Milan’s Alcatraz and conclude with two nights at Dublin’s Vicar Street on 3 and 4 April.
Thundercat will perform a mix of new material alongside fan favorites, including tracks from his new double single, I Wish I Didn’t Waste Your Time / Children of the Baked Potato, featuring Remi Wolf.
Released via Brainfeeder, the single marks Thundercat’s first original music in two years. Children of the Baked Potato nods to a legendary Los Angeles jazz club that shaped his sound.
Thundercat and Remi Wolf recently appeared on Apple Music’s New Music Daily with Zane Lowe to discuss the double single.
He said: “She’s [Remi] a child of the Baked Potato like me. She knew exactly what the song needed. And it was wild to watch her make it happen. The more I listen to the song, it’s clear there was no one better I could have picked.”
Thundercat has earned two Grammy Awards and collaborated with artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Donald Glover, and Kaytranada. Known for his distinctive fusion of jazz, funk, and soul, Thundercat has become a prominent figure in modern music.
