After reading autobiographical information about Ben Kingsley on this site, I was urged to write and comment on the author's uneducated and obviously unresearched information. Ben Kingsley recently starred in the movie House of Sand and Fog which is about a proud Iranian-American man....he did NOT portray an Arab-American. Iranians are not Arabs. Although Iran is located in the middle east, surrounded by Arabic speaking nations, we are not Arab. We are from a different country, speak a different language and have different customs. The only thing Iran shares with its Arabic neighbors is religion. I think it is a shame that America is so ignorant about these matters. It would be like saying that Californians are all Mexican-American. Just because we are close geographically doesnt mean we are the same! Get your facts straight!!! I am very mad!
