The Weeknd is in reflective mood as he drops a new video for his 'Dawn FM' song - 'Out Of Time'. "The last few months I’ve been working on me, baby, There’s so much trauma in my life, I’ve been so cold to the ones who loved me, baby, I look back now and I realize" sings The Weeknd as the song begins.
'Out Of Time' is one of the original 16 tracks included on The Weeknd's latest album which was released earlier this year on January 6th. Since then Abel Makkonen Tesfaye has also shared an 'Alternate World' version of 'Dawn FM' that includes three of it's original tracks that have been remixed. 'Take My Breathe', the album's lead single released in early August last year, features Agents of Time and both the second single, 'Sacrifice' and 'Moth To A Flame', which dropped two days ahead of the album, feature Swedish House Mafia.
Last month The Weeknd confirmed tour dates for later this year, many of which will feature Grammy Award winner Doja Cat. Doja, who only just made it up on to the Grammy's stage in time after taking a ill timed bathroom break, recently threatened to quit music altogether. In a series of posts on social media the singer said - "it’s gone and i don’t give a f**k anymore...i f**kin quit i can’t wait to f**king disappear and i don’t need you to believe in me anymore...Everything is dead to me, music is dead, and i’m a f**king fool for ever thinking i was made for this...this is a f**king nightmare unfollow me".
Doja Cat has since promised to honour her commitment to support The Weeknd when his tour begins in July this year. The pair of superstar artists will kick off their tour at The Rogers Centre in Toronto on July 8th and then progress on to Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Tampa, Miami, Denver, Las Vegas and LA among other cities en route.
