As they do every summer, the Martin family relocate to their summer home over the holidays to take a little time out. As soon as Doug arrives he reunites with his best buddies who are busy chasing young girls in bikinis. It doesn't take long for Doug to settle into his summer lifestyle and when he casts an eye on the next door neighbour Doug can't help but be taken in by Lena, a beautiful woman married to a successful investment banker, Elliot Harper.

Doug earns himself some money by helping restore Elliot's sailing boat and whilst he's busying himself with chores, the teenager keeps a constant eye on Lena in her swimwear. Soon the two are talking and eventually Lena seduces Doug and takes him to bed. As their relationship deepens, Lena's commitment to her husband is questions by Elliot. Doug finds himself in a caught in the middle of a love triangle which might lead to one of them paying for their betrayal in ways they'd never expected.
