With another Grammy nomination under her belt, Kehlani reflects on times with her lover in the video for her single 'Honey' - a new single not featured on her debut studio album which launched earlier this year.
'Honey' is Kehlani's new single from her yet to be announced second album project, which appears to be in the works less than a year after she released her major-label debut 'SweetSexySavage' in January 2017.
The album reached number three in the US charts and topped the Top R&B / Hip-Hop Albums chart. It came shortly after the release of her mixtape 'You Should Be Here' and saw her collaborate with writer Reyna Biddy and producers Pop & Oak, Jahaan Sweet and Charlie Heat among others.
This year also saw her release the song 'Gangsta' as part of the 'Suicide Squad' OST and 'Good Life' with G-Eazy from 'The Fate of the Furious: The Album'. She is currently nominated for Best R&B Performance at the 2018 Grammy Awards for her 2016 single 'Distraction', having previously been nominated in 2016 for Best Urban Contemporary Album.
In November 2017, Kehlani completed her SweetSexySavage World Tour where she was supported by the likes of Jahkoy, Ella Mai and Noodles. In 2018, she'll be supporting Demi Lovato and DJ Khaled on their Demi x Khaled North America tour, kicking off on February 26th at San Diego's Viejas Arena.
