Australian Model/singer Erin Holland Is Fronting A Campaign To Encourage Women To Take Part In Papua New Guinea's Gruelling Kokoda Track Challenge.
The former Miss World Australia and TV presenter Laura Dundovic recently joined hikers on the famous trail and trekked along the 68-mile (110-kilometre) route, where Australian troops battled the Japanese during World War II.
It took five days for the group to complete the feat, and video footage of Holland and Dundovic has been posted on the website of the Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority to encourage more females to attempt the challenge.
Dundovic says, "It is an incredible experience and probably one of the most amazing things I've done in my life. We didn't look glamorous at all."
