4. JIVEjones Me Myself and I (Terminal Head Mixes) (12" - Jive)

To kick-start the new year Jive Records introduce their new signing JIVEjones. Their first single Me Myself and I isnt, as you may at first think, a cover of the De La Soul classic. No, were talking much more UK than that. The Terminalhead dub mix is a full bore dance floor assaulter in a very similar style to Josh Winks Higher State Of Consciousness of several years previous theyre breaking no boundaries with it. Terminalheads main mix includes messed-up vocals and more uninteresting Wink tomfoolery.
