No. Sony owns the rights to Spider-Man, while Fox owns the rights to Fantastic Four and X-Men. (And Sony owns the rights to Ghost Rider also, but no one cares about that.) Everything else belongs to Marvel/Disney (Punisher formerly belonged to Lionsgate, Hulk formerly belonged to Universal, and Daredevil formerly belonged to Fox, but those contracts have lapsed.)
