The singer thanked two of her former bandmates in particular
A decade and a half ago five unsuspecting ladies sang their way into the hearts of the public and formed the ultimate 00s girl group on Popstars The Rivals: Girls Aloud. Now one fifth of the group - Cheryl Tweedy/Cole/Fernandez-Versini - has taken to social media to celebrate but with a shaded twist.

The pair, who were rumoured to have been feuding ever since Girls Aloud's split, had a friendly exchange on Twitter.
Despite the fact that she had admitted, while on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ this summer, she hadn’t spoken to Cheryl in “forever”, Harding reached out peacefully to her on Wednesday night (September 13th) when Cheryl asked her followers which songs from her solo albums should have been singles.
“Hey stranger!... U know FFTL will always be the one #TrueToTheGame,” Harding replied to the pop star,” Harding replied to her, referencing Cheryl’s debut single ‘Fight For This Love’.

Nadine also spoke about the break-up of Girls Aloud in a new interview with The Sun.
Sarah Harding’s ordeals in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house have been all over the tabloids for the last couple of months.
However, her former Girls Aloud bandmate Nadine Coyle has revealed in a wide-ranging new interview with The Sun that she tried in vain to get her friend to refuse to do ‘CBB’, persuading her to come to Spain with her on holiday instead.
“She called to tell me she was doing it and my immediate thing was, ‘Don’t. Absolutely not.’ ‘Why?’ she said. ‘Stop this immediately. Retract, retract. Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. We’ll go on a holiday. I’m going to Spain, come,” Coyle told the British paper on Thursday (September 7th).

The increasingly beleaguered Harding had heard people chanting for her eviction outside the 'CBB' house earlier this week.
The 35 year old sought solace in the Diary Room on Wednesday night’s (August 16th) ‘CBB’ episode, after hearing chants from crowds outside the house demanding her eviction on top of learning that her housemates all think that her budding romance with fellow contestant Chad Johnson is fake.
“I feel like I've been lured into a lion's den,” Harding admitted as Big Brother denied her request to contact her agent. Of her arguments with her housemates, she said: “If I'm happy I'm shot down, if I'm sad, I'm shot down. I feel like I'm becoming more and more isolated.”

The former Girls Aloud singer performed her debut single for the first time on breakfast television
Sarah Harding is not having a good time of it lately with criticism being flung at her for almost everything she does at the moment. Sarah Harding may not be smiling so much when she reads reviews of her recent performance
Performing her songThreads for the public for the first time, the singer was lambasted for her inability to mime accurately while throwing herself into the song.

The former Girls Aloud star made just four guest appearances in 'Corrie' this week, but the show's producers have decided not to extend her character's storyline.
Sarah Harding’s soap career would seem to have crashed and burned after barely having taken off, with the news that her ‘Coronation Street’ character Joni Preston is to be removed from the show after just four episodes.
Former Girls Aloud singer Harding, 33, played the estranged wife of Robert Preston in the long-running ITV soap this week, but was slammed by ‘Corrie’ fans and TV critics for her acting skills. In the aftermath, the show has decided not to take up the option of extending her character’s storyline.

We honestly don't even know where to start. There's just too much wrong with Veet's 'Don't Risk Dudeness' ad campaign.
There’s been a lot of fuss over Veet’s latest advertising campaign. The hair removal brand has run a series of ads implying that if women don’t remove their body hair they immediately turn into a dude. The idea behind the ads appears to be ‘remove all body hair or your boyfriend will be see you as a man and be totally disgusted by you’. In one advert a man sleepily rubs his bed partner’s leg, when he discovers the hair on it he immediately awakens to discover that, SHOCK, HORROR, his girlfriend has turned into a man. When she admits she hasn’t shaved in a day (a WHOLE DAY? what a tramp!) he is so reviled by her/him that he holds the sheets close to his body and attempts to distance himself.
Sarah Harding was the face for Veet in 2010
In another advert a woman hails a taxi, but upon seeing her prickly armpits the taxi driver looks disgusted and drives away. “Sh*t, I shaved yesterday”, she/he curses. “Don’t risk dudeness”, a voiceover warns. It’s impressive in this day and age that advertisers are still churning out the same regurgitated Stone Age message. You’d think some of the finest minds in advertising would be able to think up something more inventive than encouraging women to vigilantly remove all hair from their bodies lest the world view them as hairy, unattractive men. Ladies of the world, you’ve been warned! Remove all hair or risk being seen as overweight, hairy and so hideous that you can’t even hail a cab.

Danny Dyer has made no secret of the fact he's made bad movies - though Assassin could turn out to be one of his better efforts.
Danny Dyer has teamed up with noted action movie producers Jonathan Sothcott and J.K Amalou for the hitman thriller Assassin. Sothcott - a ridiculously prolific producer of action flicks - recently worked with Dyer on Vendetta, though there appears to be a heightened buzz surrounding their latest effort.
Described as a "glossy action film", the movie will see Dyer play a professional contract killer who compromises himself when he realizes that his latest victim is the estranged father of the girl he has fallen in love with, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
"JK [Amalou] has written a brilliantly slick script and I cannot wait to start work with him, he's a force of nature of a filmmaker," producer Sothcott said. "I look forward to continuing building the new Danny Dyer brand with Assassin and Vendetta." Shooting on the movie is scheduled to begin in August with the filmmakers aiming to have a promo ready for the American Film Market in the fall.
