Benicio Del Toro - Comments and Message Board
I watched the begining of the "SuperBowl 44", and was happy to see that "the powers that be" decided to buy commercial time during the first half of the football game,for Benicios' movie. I also noticed that they are showing the "WOLFMAN" movie commercials more on cable networks...that's really great!

I was very disappointed to see that the movie studio is not promoting Benicios' "Wolfman"movie correctly. Do they not want it to succeed?...I have only seen one TV advertisement for the movie in the past week and it only lasted about 12 seconds, which is not nearly long enough...And there just happens to be another movie scheduled to open on the same day with 6 well known actors...Do they have to open the same day?..Not to mention that I've seen the other movies commercial about 5 times with in a few days...and I might mention that it's a lot longer. What is going on?... Benicio is really a great actor and he also has lot of sex appeal.....Is it really about talent?...or is it about who one sleeps with..or is it a little bit of both?...Things are rarely what they seem..I'll be at the theater on February 12th,with bells on to see Benicio's movie, I hope that it does well.

I would really love to see Benicio in more movies and doing more TV interviews,even though not always being in the spotlight allows him to have more privacy, there are some of us waiting to see him. I really enjoyed seeing the "Wolfman" movie trailer several times just to see him, and I also have this fondness for wolves they are beautiful and wild like him. The movie seems well done and is dark ,scary and suspensful. I can't wait to see it in the theater with surround sound. Hopefully they'll release it around September before Holloween or at the earliest May. It was really great to read that Benicio was one of the producers for the "Wolfman" movie, I believe that he would make a great director. Waiting for Beni.
