As a young celebrity in the public eye for her looks, Bella Hadid is used to responding to rumours that she’s been undergoing plastic surgery.

Now, she’s opened up about life under constant scrutiny, speaking to InStyle magazine for its July 2018 edition on Thursday (May 31st) about cosmetic surgery, her feelings about her own body, and how to deal with online trolls.

“People think I got all this surgery or did this or that,” the 21 year old model explained about persistent rumours that she’s had plastic surgery. “And you know what? We can do a scan of my face, darling. I'm scared of putting fillers into my lips. I wouldn't want to mess up my face.”

More than a year after they called off their relationship and went their separate ways, Bella Hadid and R&B singer The Weeknd are rumoured to be rekindling their romance after they were spotted kissing at Cannes this week.

The former couple were seen together sharing a kiss at the Magnum x Alexander Wang party at the Cannes Film Festival in the south of France on Thursday night (May 10th). They greeted each other with a hug and a kiss, having both arrived separately, but later they were spotted locking lips, and Hadid stroking his face.

The latest development came after they were allegedly spotted backstage together after The Weeknd’s headline set at California’s Coachella festival a few weeks ago. However, Hadid quickly moved to shut down the rumours of a reunion, saying “it wasn’t me”.

A 37 year old man has been arrested outside of Bella Hadid’s home in New York City on suspicion of stalking her, having allegedly been seen standing near her apartment building this week.

The 21 year old supermodel called the New York Police Department on Thursday night (February 8th) to report that a man had been stalking and harassing her between December 17th last year and February 7th, a representative of the police force told People.

Hadid had noticed that the man in question had posted a picture of her apartment building on his social media account.

People are feeling more than a little uncomfortable by a recent magazine shoot featuring sisters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, because they appear to be locked in a fully nude clinch. Shot by Steven Meisel, Twitter users have branded the shoot 'incestuous' and criticised the publication for sexualising a sibling relationship.

When the first news and photos of Selena Gomez with her current boyfriend The Weeknd emerged this year, Bella Hadid wasn’t best pleased.

She and the Canadian singer, real name Abel Tesfaye, were in a relationship for more than a year before breaking up in 2016. When photos appeared back in January of him kissing Selena while on a date in L.A., she immediately unfollowed her on Instagram before posting a photo of herself flipping the bird.

That was ten months ago, though, and Bella is now reportedly over it – or at least she is according to her mom, Yolanda Hadid.
