Tracy Morgan is finally out of critical condition, with his medical practitioners have announced. Over a week after the New Jersey Turnpike pileup that left one dead, two injured and Morgan critical, his condition has now been upgraded to “fair”. The change is considered a “great improvement,” Morgan’s rep said in a statement.

Morgan's condition was critical for a long while after his crash ten days ago.

The terrible crash left the comedian with a plethora of injuries, including a broken femur, several broken ribs and a broken nose. His rep previously announced that Morgan has a long recovery ahead. Part of the process so far has been Morgan’s mental recovery.

"His personality is certainly starting to come back as well," the rep said.
