December 10 to play free concert for O2 and Virgin Media customers
The hottest new boy band in town are playing their biggest show to date - and you can bag a free ticket.
Rising boy band December 10 will headline an exclusive O2 presents… show at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on April 8, with tickets available for free to O2 and Virgin Media broadband customers.
The seven‑piece — Cruz Lee‑Ojo, 19, Danny Bretherton, 17, Hendrik Christoffersen, 19, John Fadare, 17, Josh Olliver, 17, Nicolas Alves, 17, and Seán Hayden, 19 — revealed the one‑off gig during a livestream at Virgin Media Gamepad at The O2. The performance will mark their biggest headline show yet.
December 10 have been building momentum at remarkable speed since being formed on Netflix’s Simon Cowell: The Next Act last year.
Newly signed to EMI Records, the group released their debut single Run My Way in February and have already completed 13 sold‑out shows across the UK and Ireland.
They’ve also amassed millions of followers across social platforms, over half a million monthly Spotify listeners, and racked up more than 1.9 million YouTube views for the Run My Way video. Their stripped‑back cover of NSYNC’s Bye, Bye, Bye has passed 1.8 million organic views.
Fans attending the April show can expect a full hour‑long set, showcasing the band’s vocal harmonies and multi‑instrumental abilities — the members play 14 instruments between them.
Tickets will be allocated via a Priority ballot, open exclusively to O2 and Virgin Media broadband customers from March 9 to 23, through the Priority app.
In a joint statement, December 10 said: “It’s a dream come true for us to play O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire — we always used to stay near there so we have walked past it hundreds of times, genuinely dreaming of when we got to play there. We are buzzin’ that it’s happening already. This is our biggest crowd to date — we can’t wait to get on stage and share our music with you all.”
