Angelina Jolie did not purchase a heart-shaped island, called Petra, for Brad's 50th but it is still up for sale if they ever change their minds.
Brad Pitt is just a matter of weeks away from turning 50 years-old.
His other-half, Angelina Jolie, allegedly bought her beau a heart shaped island, called Petra, for $20 million to celebrate the milestone.
But it has been confirmed that the reports are absolutely false!
Sources had previously said, ''As soon as Angelina heard the island was on the market she arranged a viewing. She was really impressed."
The island, that is located in Lake Mahopac, about 50 miles away from New York City, has not been purchased by Hollywood's power couple, according to Donna Massaro, whose parents own the island.
Massaro told E!News, "It is not true," referring to Jolie buying the island.
"It is still for sale. We are open to show Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt the island but they have to have lunch at my cafe first," Massaro jokingly quipped, who owns the 'Freight House Café'.
"It [the house] is a labor of love and a piece of art."
It is still on sale and available for Brangelina to make the purchase, Pitt's favourite architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, even designed two homes on the piece of land, a 1,200-square-foot cottage and a 5,000-square-foot main residence, so the island could at least be on Pitt's Christmas list.
The main residence features its own helicopter pad, a 78-foot cantilever and an allegedly billion-year-old piece of granite rock that that is used as the main structure of the house, according to Extra.
