Um, she doesn't have to grant him a divorce. You don't have to stay married to anyone that you don't want to be married to. This is 2012 America...slavery has been outlawed. He can file for divorce and let the attorneys battle it out.

The information provided in this article is not true. According to a family member (who wishes to remain anonymous) David and Sue have been separated since 2001; and though they share the same home they are not living there together. They live separate lives for the most part and Sue will NOT grant David a divorce, despite the fact that he wants one.David has recently shown up at concerts with mysterious injuries and eyewitnesses have reported to certain individuals that Sue is abusive to him.He needs to divorce her, but in order to keep control over him Sue will not allow this and David just goes along with it out of pure fear of punishment. He needs help to get away from her.
