Chris Brown Recalls Moment Rihanna And Karrueche Tran Came Face-to-face

R&B star CHRIS _BROWN has commended Rihanna and his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran_ for dealing with their love triangle with class after the two ladies in his life came face-to-face during a star-studded yacht party in Cannes, France last year (12).

The Kiss Kiss hitmaker had been dating model Tran when he reconnected with Rihanna, three years after he was convicted for beating her following a pre-Grammy Awards party in 2009.

They renewed their friendship by hitting the recording studio together for a series of duets, and _B_rown found himself falling back in love with the Umbrella beauty while he was still in a relationship with Tran.

He ended up splitting from the model in October (12) to work on his reconciliation with Rihanna, but _B_rown reveals to New York DJ Sway there was one party they all happened to attend in the south of France last summer (12). The singer feared the meeting between the love rivals would turn into a huge scene - but he was surprised by the way the two "wonderful women" handled the complicated situation.

He recalls, "One time I was overseas... in Cannes... I had a girlfriend (Tran) but I was still talking to Rihanna... (There was) a party on this big boat and my girl was there, and maybe 15 minutes later, Rihanna showed up. _B_ut I'm on the boat like, 'Oh, s**t, what am I gonna do right now?' _B_ut you know what? They were cool. They spoke to each other and I was like, 'Woah'. I was just like, 'Please, please, please (don't start a scene)', but honestly that was the first time I can say I knew they loved me because they were classy."

_B_rown has continued to keep in touch with Tran as they both work on his clothing label, _B_lack Pyramid, although their professional relationship isn't anything like it used to be.

He says, "We're cool man. I wish it could be better because of obvious reasons, but I think it's better to see her happy and successful... She still does the clothing line with me, so it's still a camaraderie between us..."
