R&B singer Monica Denise Brown (who is just known by her stage moniker 'Monica') is seen dancing around and sipping out of a champagne flute at an event on New Year's Eve in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

She also addresses the crowd through a microphone over loud hip hop music and can be seen pouring a member of security a celebratory drink while two women hold drink bottles with sparklers in the top. It is unclear what she is shouting in the microphone, but it sounded like general encouragement to have more fun and 'partayyyy'.
