Former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley axes remainder of 2025 tour 'due to ongoing medical issues'
Ace Frehley has been forced to cancel the remaining dates of his 2025 tour due to persistent 'medical issues'.

Ace Frehley has cancelled his 2025 tour dates due to "ongoing medical issues".
The former KISS guitarist was recently hospitalised after suffering a "minor fall" at his studio, leaving him with no choice but to pull out of his performance at Antelope Valley Fair in Lancaster, California, on September 26.
Now, the 74-year-old rocker has been forced to axe his remaining shows this October and November.
A brief statement read: "Due to some ongoing medical issues, Ace has made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of his 2025 dates."
Upon announcing the cancelled appearance at the Antelope Valley Fair, it was revealed that he planned to complete work on his next solo album — seemingly Origins Vol. 3. However, it appears he mistakenly referred to it as Origins Vol. 4.
A statement on his social media channels read: “Dear Rock Soldiers, Ace had a minor fall in his studio, resulting in a trip to the hospital.
“He is fine, but against his wishes, his doctor insists that he refrain from travel at this time. As a result, he is forced to cancel his performance at the Antelope Valley Fair in Lancaster, California on Friday, September 26th.
“Please go to the fair to support his friends in Quiet Riot and Vixen, and Ace looks forward to continuing on his tour and finishing work on his next album, Origins Vol. 4.”
Ace released the album 10,000 Volts in 2024. Origins Vol. 3 hasn't been released yet, so it's clearly a typo. The second album in the series came out in 2020, and the first was released in 2016.
