Khalifa, real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz, uploaded a series of videos to his Instagram.com account which show three police officers pushing him to the floor and handcuffing him.

They repeatedly shout for Khalifa to "stop resisting" and the See You Again hitmaker can be heard calmly telling them, "I'm not resisting, sir."

He captioned one of the videos, "Three cops yell stop resisting. Only thing to do is let 'em know. I'm not resisting, I'm doin what I want (sic)."

Khalifa later posted updates on his Twitter.com page, writing, "Haven't been slammed and cuffed in a while (sic). That was fun... They love sayin stop resisting (sic)... All because I didn't want to ditch the technology everyone will be using in the next 6 months. Do what you want kids. I stand for our generation and our generation is gonna be riding hoverboards... (sic)"

The rapper had just flown into L.A. from France at the time of the incident.

Khalifa's representative had not responded to the reports as WENN went to press.
