Will.i.am has admitted that he finds holidays boring and would prefer to be working.
Will.i.am doesn't understand vacations.
The Black Eyed Peas singer found it ''boring'' going on holiday with a group of friends as he couldn't grasp the idea of relaxing by simply doing nothing.
He said: ''Friends talked me into taking a vacation. I got there and I was like, 'What are we doing?' They said, 'We're doing it.'
''But it was boring. I was like, 'We get paid to do things, why are we paying to do nothing?'''
Instead, the 40-year-old star believes his life is a ''constant'' vacation because he has so much fun with his work.
He added: ''I'd rather have fun and do things we love and get paid for it. This is a constant vacay - that's awesome.''
If he is feeling unhappy or stressed, will vents his feelings by writing new music.
He told HELLO! magazine: ''If I'm stressed, depressed or frustrated, I usually write songs about it. My therapy is composing or cracking jokes.''
And the 'I Gotta Feeling' hitmaker insists he treasures every second of his life.
Asked where he would be happiest, he said: ''Right here. Every moment is my happiest moment because if it's not it means I don't appreciate this moment.''
