Loski has been a busy boy this year with his single releases already in double digits. This time around he's teamed up with Stormzy to make a great song and an equally captivating, and at times very amusing, video for their song, 'Flavour'.
Loski and Stormzy have gone all Apprentice in lockdown and ventured into their own alternative business as budding entrepreneurs. They've set up their very own production facility to provide the surrounding neighbourhood with their distinctive varieties of homemade ice cream. The 2 main protagonists have even taken to the streets in their 1986 D reg 3 Series beamer to get the goods delivered.
Loski and Stormzy are attired in the company get up of fully logoed 'Flavour' fleeces and baseball caps. You won't see two cooler delivery drivers this lockdown I can assure you. The chorus is so incredibly catchy you can't help but love it, "Ok miss what's your flavour, do me a favour, do not do me any favours" but it's in some of the other lyrics that you find some real gems. "ooh baby tell me what's the drama? Saw her get excited when she found out I'm from Ghana? I can't figure out her flavour but she's fruity, do it like I'm belly squad and give her the banana (ana)".
The quality control area may look like something out of Breaking Bad but as far as we know it's only ice-cream that's on the production run. (Who knows if there are any flavour enhancers in there?) The Cops who pull our duo over towards the end of the video seem to enjoy their sample and for Loski and Stormzy this is definitely a tie up that's worked a real treat.
