If creepy, furry animatronics are your thing then you'll fall in love with the video for Coin's new song 'Sort It Out'; the first track from their new EP 'Indigo Violet', which itself is part of a new project called the 'Rainbow Mixtapes'.
The characters in question are part of The Rock-afire Explosion; an 80s animatronic band that originally played in the American pizza chain Showbiz Pizza Place, before being replaced by the Chuck E. Cheese family. In the video, we see frontman Chase Lawrence "enjoying" the band (although we use that word loosely) in action on a birthday in his childhood, his adulthood, and subsequently his old age.
'Sort It Out' is included in Coin's newly released Indigo Violet EP which also features the tracks 'You Are The Traffic', 'Make It Stop' and 'I Feel Alive?'. The Nashville pop band are yet to reveal the name of the follow up EP, but we're assuming something like 'Green Blue' won't be far off the mark.
Coin released their latest album, 'Dreamland', only eight months ago, with the intention of supporting it on a nationwide tour this year only for that plan, of course, to be scuppered (at least for now) by the pandemic.
