Razi is an Israeli Secret Service officer working closely to minimise the threat of terrorism from Palestinian extremists. When he meets a young Palestine informant named Sanfur, he utilises all his efforts to keep him on board, giving him all the time, attention and comfort he could possibly need. However, his long-term involvement in the service becomes a threat when a vicious suicide attack is made on Jerusalem. It soon becomes obvious that Sanfur is working on both sides and, perhaps unwittingly, helped his formidable activist brother to finance the assault. Determined to keep the information coming, Razi refuses to give up on Sanfur and tries to encourage him to go against his family. But Sanfur is fighting a battle of his own, finding it increasingly difficult to make moral decisions. Ever trying to do the right thing, just what will be the consequences of his dubious actions?
