A photographer credited with discovering Sixties icon Twiggy has been sent for trial on charges he molested two women.

Barry Lategan, whose images of the British model fuelled her career, is accused of inappropriately touching one woman in a cafe and molesting another during a bus journey.

The incidents are said to have taken place in 2013 and 2014.

Lategan, whose photos of Twiggy have been exhibited at London's prestigious Victoria and Albert Museum, denies any wrongdoing and insists the accusations arise from a misunderstanding.

He is due to stand trial at Isleworth Crown Court in London on 03 March (15).
