The star's lawyer filed a motion of default on behalf of his client in Louisiana on Wednesday (29Apr15), seeking $1.3 million (£812,500) from the record executives for false accounting, amid allegations the Hot Boy$ member was not paid for songs he released while signed to their label.

Turk is also seeking to have his record contract voided and is demanding the return of his music rights.

In March (15), Williams requested a legal extension to give him more time to respond to the lawsuit.

The legal filing was granted and he was given 21 days to respond, but he has yet to answer to the complaint, according to AllHipHop.com.

This is not the only legal headache for the Williams brothers - Turk's Hot Boy$ bandmate Lil Wayne is also suing the pair for unpaid wages, demanding $51 million (£34 million) to cut ties with Cash Money.
